It really depends on the usage etc. 26k for discs seems a bit early get a second opinion on the car from another garage... It is a common up sell for many rip off repair centres to tell you the discs are worn and need replacing... Djay

Sounds like a sticky piston in the caliper or something, did they replace the brake fluid on that service or bleed the brakes? Maybe an airlock in one caliper leading to a delayed reaction??? Ask Bigphil (the source of all Z knowledge), he will prob know.
