Since having my unit changed in November the jumping and sticking problem seems to have gone. The car has been pretty damp inside over the last few weeks with the weather and touch wood the CD unit still seems ok. Christine

I had my CD unit replaced on my 54 plate free of charge, took it back to the dealer without any hassle. The only problem was bose were along time sending another unit, nearly 6 weeks. Because bose kept saying the part was on its way the dealer thought it wasn't worth putting the car back together again and messed about for nearly 6 weeks and I had the shame of driving around in a Note , I did save loads of money on fuel, I also got laughed at by my so called friends. Help, my hatch keeps closing on me when I'm getting my stuff out of the boot. Where can I get some uprated struts? Thanks, Christine

I find this system the easiest of any to use and I love the way everything connects as soon as I turn on the ignition, no faffing about. when I had a cold last week it wasn't that cool, I was trying to dial my 'Mum' I think it thought I was asking it to dial my Bum!!!

I also have this problem, after a couple of visits back to the garage they have agreed to install a new unit. The problem is now that I have a hole in dash while I wait..... Could this be a new handbag holder??? Christine
