    Brake Shims?

get some shims from their website or halfords then?
  2. did you tell them to take the engine out? Starting to sound costly... Mine had 12.5bar on all cylinders when I did her. think that's 180psi
  3. Good man, I'd get a second opinion to anything mate.
  4. Ebc is a bit strange imo, some people rate them and some don't. In the braking world my opinion is that you get what you pay for, think heat is the biggest culprit if you got decent pads and discs... I wish someone could fab up a nice set of proper race ducts so I can just buy them and fit them and be done with it
  5. I thought the dealership was taking her in though? Found a z yet?
  6. Did you get the comp report? When was the plugs changed last? With 400 miles per tank your not driving it very hard either.
  7. My guess is that the inside gets warmer first thus making the pads hit they're needed heat to be the best braking thus giving a higher friction and wearing down the disc quicker from the inside. Not sure that's wrong or per design though. Looks like your disc overheated with the cracking in them. Better discs that can take the heat would be needed with them pads. I'm still trying to master a brake duct setup to save the pads and the discs...
  8. Could be as simple that the plugs, coils or even the harness plugging into the coils can be a culprit..(the latter happened to me) get her to a z 'garage' for a second opinion

    Brake Shims?

Should be one there. Squealing can occur get a set of titanium ones while your at it. Supposed to stop heat transfer a bit from the pad to the caliper.
  11. get it out of Nissan I'd suggest... Se it from the bright side, now is a perfect moment to get forged engine and stick some form of forced induction system on her
  12. You sir have far too much time on your hands! HAD mate, had....
  13. ^that might help? usually use something like a screw driver to gently wiggle the middle section up, don't be too rough as it can snap.
  14. Piccy is wrong epic fail... looks like the photo has been deleted.
  15. a teaser what it sounds like ...why does the youtube button not work anymore
