  1. What the hell did you manage to do with it? Are you in nz? Might be better of getting stuff from Japan, not sure what shipping cost would be otherwise...
  2. that's horrible, great that they have that on tape!
  3. so they're be stuff all over ebay soon then...
  4. http://www.quaife.co.uk/shop/products/qdf13l + new ARB's, sorted I'd like to see a group buy on the brace stuff though, maybe one day
  5. Yer and we all know who did the purchasing!!!! Who's been buying what lol?
  6. the chat has been open evenings around 6 or 7 onwards, since there was no activity on it really so thought it was a bit of waste. If you read your pm you can see that there is no need to re-register. If people want it on 24-7 then use the bloody thing you missed lots of fun on that actually... it should be named the purchase channel instead! LOL
  7. Thats what I was going to say I'm running the complete bush set and it's transformed the car on the road and on track - really didn't think it'd make so much difference. PM me if you'd like more info saw your photo of them bushes on your fb page, how hard are they to fit though? (the complete set) Diff = will cost a good bit more then 500£ all in, would be highly recommended though. I have a feeling that I'll be going for a full brace kit and ARB's and possibly bushings *unless it's a pain to fit.
  8. so not only do you need spacers, you need the husky's role fender tool too!
  9. some slide... shame no the car and glad driver walked away from that one. Is there not a gravel pit there? seems to be a 'slippy' corner from the lock of things

    My New Car

Yeah the drivers side mat isn't great. Gonna order some Nismo mats for it later (along with a few other goodies ) Spent today installing my new headunit, reverse camera & turbo timer. Tomorrow will be intakes & twin turbo pipe (downpipes too if they arrive) & then i'll be giving it a good clean once every one on my list has had a ride 1, ride then the latter so you're back from your holliers Want to hear it haul @ 9k
  11. well I know how long it takes me to learn a normal track, so I'd say it'll take a few laps (years) to learn the ring! it's all about entry, corner speed and exit... (planning) so if you don't have the clear picture in the head on the layout you wont get greater times, seeing that they're SO many corners and such a long track I think it would be pretty hard learning all the knicks and knacks, that would be say x4 times cornes that I'm used to, wouldnt mind the straights since they;re just a matter of flooring it Unless you get mad power and can make up for misstakes cornering....traffic would play a vital role too I guess. Crappy tyres and brakes would slow you down something massive.
  12. so forza 3 training needed shart moments! I wouldnt be gunning it unless I knew every corner to be honest, I'd say that would take AGES! hmm dont like tyres that dont hold up whne they get hot, my Goodyears actually faired pretty well around track, only thing is tha tthey didnt like the heat cycles much so are blue around the edges now = shot. Id' go for something that you can REALLY push on track, would you not just get a set of 888's or get a seperate set of slicks for the track? (not sure how you strap them onto the roof though) you still using that air duct setup and EBC setup??? I need to get something sorted for my car.
  13. the track is pretty long with tons of corners so guess you just need to drive that bit faster in the corners to make up the time
  14. Fail on their part, obviously not built to be pushed on as you say from factory. Thought that was a car you didn't need to make much upgrades to to take her out on track. Brakes are they also not good enough? Expensive to get 10 more degress, I'd call that pushing on the limits, must be hard to control that How's that gearbox holding up???
  15. was that the white gtr in the video? sounded sweet, guess it ain't standard Think it's had the cobb upgrades. Rubbish, standard except for the Milltek, however Cob, Brake upgrade and transmission cooler soon. is the tranny cooler needed? Milltek sounds good on that car
  16. was that the white gtr in the video? sounded sweet, guess it ain't standard
  17. I do think you might be a lot of headache going down that route, it might just pay off in the end but it's a bit of a gamble. Was looking to get a new gearbox from the UK with Warranty (Great I thought) Only thing is that I'd need to get the damn thing back out of the car (cost) and shipped back to the seller (cost) they'd check it and approve or not approve the warranty, if the latter then... well need to get a new gearbox somewhere and do it all over again... They'd only warrant it if it was installed by approved garage and reset etc etc etc... so IMO you need to source an engine from a reputable place, best bet is to actually hear or see it but that might be hard, so you pick a reputable place that'll stand over it. I'd still get that car out of there. ^ This is only IMO
  18. would you not be better getting a forged engine while it's all out there? get bits for the current engine and build it and stick it back into the car?
