this is a clean of the throttle body lads nothing else.... same things happens to mine sometimes and i just clean out the tb and thats it, takes about 15-20 min.... do you guys need a writeup on it? could do it during the week if you need to so you can spend monies on something more useful! like mods...

Well done for all the testing! What's the difference with map 2 and the you had on? Sounds like the timing or fuelling map was off on the old map, confuses me... so you don't need a map. Done now???

Who cares what the mpg would be? Not everyone likes boosted cars & also something like this would be very unique, especially in the UK. Also the cost of it won't be a lot more than doing a supercharger properly & a hell of a lot less than a TT setup - combine that with the fact that the LS block will handle boost better than a stock VQ & I know which one I would prefer I'm still waiting to for someone to pull the trigger on a RB26/30 converision Was just wondering what the mpg would be... you're mentioning cost not me... so total cost of ownership would need to involve mpg either way... anyway... i wouldn't care.. but jap car meets us engine... some of the rb26s been done, not sure I'd go down that route either... all to their own I suppose... SC or TT .... all the way...

fyi tried a dyno with and without my apexi drop in filter and didnt do any difference, so the apexi is filtering well but not hindering air, think I want to either try 06 box or CAI.

I would not do it to be honest, what would the mpg be in that thing ??? go SC if you want 400hp and if you want to go way over that a TT setup with forged internals.. you could even do it in steps, SC first and TT later... might have to do that myself...

is that good stuff then? where can i get it and is it better than autosol? yeah i think so, you get it in halfords or the like
