  2. turn that off... false positive! Might be some adds they use on their site though.... think i'll pass, kaspersky has never ever let me down I could analyze the webpage I suposse...
  3. you not going to use the DVD reader I gave you then? Nice looking bike mate be carefull on them things, if you haven't got 100% riding skills I'd recommend to get some... why not go down to the http://www.superbikeschool.co.uk/ for some training? I'd recommend staying off public roads and play on track... far safer IMO, be safe mate. How much did you get for the Z btw? might be interested in the strutbar... You selling the mini pc setup too? (might take that off you also!)
  4. Well on a JDM ECU the pure plenum spacer gave me 9HP (fly!) according to the UK ECU the puter will learn the mod and cancel it out... without a tune it's pointless IMO. Get all your mods done and then hand it in for a tune either with aftermarket EMS or using Uprev from Osiris. A Tune can give you around 10-11hp if I'm not wrong and then whatever other mods you got. I feel that you need to use well matched mods for the engine/exhaust/intake... not something I think that I've managed myself 100% (live and learn)
  5. LOADS of copper-grease? maybe just enough will do (and not spraying water on it every day)
  6. once you start you can't stop... measure the discs and see, dont see how they cause squeel though might be the pads are squeely? (I dont know, heard of Steady Z's squeeling too with PF discs)
  7. I installed PF pads - these are the buggers that are currently squeeling!! (I am sure it's my fault more than the pads) Got to say they work very well!! They managed to hold the road very well whilst at the Nurburgring, just a shame I never got round to fitting my HEL lines and higher performance fluid. The result of using stock fluid and lines resulted in getting a very squishy brake pedal half way round the track I managed to manuever the spring clip thing out before taking the pins out. Just make sure to have one hand on the clip as you retract the pin. what compound did you go for in the end? did you measure the brembo discs and bed in the pads properly?
  8. the pipe is longer then standard so higher torq would be possible I got the non-uk pipe that has some sort of snorkel on it for emissions was stopped by a scooter driver today telling me his mate crashed his 07 silver Z the other week so might look at the yard for some bits
  9. Will try at some point over the weekend I am pretty sure that the squeak originates from a dry pivot for the clutch arm, next time i am under the car i will try and get some grease in there, as WD40 only works for a short time. Alex i think i will try a new braided clutch hose first to eliminate ballooning, do you sell a seal kit for the master cylinder rather than just throw more money at it by replacing the whole thing, having watched the slave cylinder in operation while bleeding the system i don't think that is at fault. Mwtech sells the braided lines got one myself there when I got the brake lines...
  10. tempted to find out, moines coming in life is good I'm asking the dude selling these a few Q's at the moment, have a feeling they don't know much about what they are selling... I should really just leave it since down the line I'll be getting a different polished pipe...you buy it!
  11. to dog, gwls to you, get a new bumper from Strosek...
  12. cheers mate, got a fish on the sniffydgo stuff site. Made my mind up to go for brand new... have to say a bit suprised at the quotes I got... New part ranging from 63£-107£ and second hand 25£-55£ with 3-6months warranty... wtf... went new in the end, after I ordered the first place came back and said sorry we now got these in stock again... duh...
  13. 'mint' would hardly say 2mm left on pads rear... 2mm left on discs front... I'm going to send him a Q...

    mini photoshoot

you didnt take many shots... 2nd one,
  17. ap isn't cheap but they are very good. if that pirce includes discs and pads thats bloody good. considering good discs can set you back easily 900 good pads are at least another 300 minimum, and 2nd hand stock zed brembo's go for 700, so your not for off 2k at that. so for an extra 300 to get ap's is a frickin deal of the century. spoon calipers just the front calipers for the front on the S are 12 ex discs and pads. problem these days is everyone wants something for nothing, you 'can' get a set of brembos for 400ish in good order...
  18. you could alwas try a breakers too, might get lucky...
  19. I got my 4 rotors, pads and calipers for a steal
