Hi Mike, i had the sunset orange one Yeah, really liked your car, shame it wasn't boosting properly, could of easily gone over 300bhp!!! . What was wrong with it after? Steve.

I'd put them in and see how they sound. Every type of car has different accoustics, so what may sound good in one car may not sound that good in another. I've got 2 set's of Focal K2power which cost quite a lot of money, and were fitted in my type R, they did sound awesome. Hopefully they'll sound just as good when i get round to installing them in the Z

By the way, it took me 6 months to fit my spacer When i eventually got round to doing it, took me less than an hour.

I had 7 more horses after fitting this, it went up from 273 to 280bhp. Used a different company for the second rolling road session so this isn't conclusive. I'm very sceptical about the accuracy of dyno's anyway, no 2 will ever give the same results. In fact my first rolling road gave a torque figure of 252 lbft and this one was down to 240 lbft. Maybe the Fujitsbo exhaust and HKS sports cats have caused the reduction in torque, who knows Not worried though, can't feel the difference, and the sound more than makes up for it.

Here's my dyno report for comparison. Bit weird how i had slightly more at the wheels than Ian, yet less at the fly

Sunset Orange is the most desirable colour, so it goes without saying you pay a bigger premium for one

Insert one of these cameras with good res, in the front bumper, and you could record some great track action, especially around the Nordschleife!!!

I have a set of new rear spats/unpainted if interested.

Paint is actually standard Halfords Gloss black... but you're right it does look satin which im pleased with...! The red stripe was painted by hand with a small brush, using masking tape on the tyre side and pvc electrical tape on the wheel as its flexible enough to curve when you apply it...! Digsy - spacers and maybe springs are next on my list. Will need to sell my old wheels to pay for them though so may be a while yet. Nice one, i can see a mod happening very soon

maybe the window mechanism needs greasing. If you bought it from a dealer get them to sort it out.

Excellent job Marz looks Is that satin black on the wheels?, and how did you paint the red around the rim? masked and sprayed, or by using a pinstriping brush?
