  1. I hope she's joining the club!! I knew you wouldn't take long to sell it
  2. Thanks z-man exactly what i was after
  3. No you don't need it, just keep an eye on the brake fluid reservoir when forcing the pistons back in. I didnt and fluid spilled out washed it down with plenty of soapy water so no damage done thank heavens.
  4. Can any of you traders out there give me a price for brake fluid. The ATE super blue is what i'm after. So a price for the full amount to replace my fluid would be great, cheers
  5. Yeah but his sig doesn't actually say they've been fitted just '1st mods' Jerry's got enough parts to open a shop
  6. Thanks Kes, Goodridge non-brembo brake lines on its way to you
  7. Rinse off the snow foam after, say 5 minutes. Most of the dirt would run off, but heavy contaminants would be broken down which would make it easier to remove when washing the car using the 2 bucket method.
  8. When are we gonna see some pics of your engine bay Jerry, you've been spending quite a bit of money on it lately So come on!! share the bling
  9. You need to find a decent polisher who doesn't cut corners. If you do find somebody, then make sure they do the bolt recesses and the other awkward bits on the bend leading to the throttle housing!! The first company couldn't or wouldn't do the awkward bits, so i had to pay a lot more for it to be finished by someone else. If you can get it done for between 60 and 80 quid then you are on a winner
  10. If Josh lowered his price slightly, then with all the mods, that would be a fantastic car to own as well. The money spent on that car would make me cry if i had to sell her at that price. It has all the mods you would need on a zed, apart from a turbo of course Both great cars in their own right Tough choice.
  11. Exactly, i didn't want to be biased but Lomoto's car ticks all the right boxes for me. If i was looking for a zed now then his car would be in my garage the day he put it up for sale!!!
  12. So Jerry, are you going to sell your old plenum?
  13. There's plenty of cars for sale on here, so i wouldn't be buying the first car i see!! Look in the cars for sale section on this forum and you'll be very suprised.
  14. The new style bonnet is cheaper than the old version. It definitely fits, and it needs painting.
  15. Any photos of those wheels on a sunset??? Please
  16. Just a quick update. I've only waxed the Z two or three times in the nine months since the detail, but every time i wash the car the dirt just runs off, and the shine keeps coming back. It was money well spent in my opinion, and wouldn't hesitate having it done again if the old swirl marks come back. By the way Pete, i need some more citrus degreaser and some other products, if you have anything else you can convince me with Would like to see you saturday if you have some free time, as i need this stuff to clean the car for our little Bristol meet on Sunday.
  17. Get a 350 now, you wont regret it. Then come along to the wales run in May, you'll enjoy it.
  18. You can fit an aftermarket free air sub in the original position if you want to keep it stealthy. Alpine along with pioneer sell these at really cheap prices, i've seen them selling for 20 to 30 quid!!! maybe a few other manufacturers do these as well. Connect it up to an alpine sub amp, (which can be picked up cheaply second hand or ex demo,s) add dynamat behind the sub and you will get an improvement straight away. At a very low cost!!
  19. Is Arkwright still having it? If not i'll have 2nd dibs please.
  20. Well, i've given my laptop an internal clean-up and changed to IE8, and lo and behold its running so much faster. Well pleased with that result
  21. So bl**dy gorgeous, the best looking wheels on a Zed by far
  22. Congratulations on your purchase and don't forget
