  1. I thought the rear of the xj looked a bit "American". It is certainly in line with the cadilac / oldsmobile styles that seem to do well over there. The seats in the xf and presumably the xj too, are clearly designed with the average steak eaters posteria in mind, I don't mind admitting I find them quite comfy
  2. Yes but it's not as good looking as the z I'll bet it won't turn as many heads as the z does now, and that's over 4 years old.
  3. Not having black again - it's a pain in the arse to keep looking clean. Went for vapour grey in the end. Yes it's the "s" model. Looking forward to it. I think it's refreshing to see jaguar updating the looks
  4. Only 30 myself, but I've ordered an xf 0-60 in sub 6 from a 3.0 diesel automatic
  5. It's certainly something that can be looked at, depending on how easily it can be integrated and how unobtrusive we can make it (perhaps just some stars etc under a username if the member has a seller feedback rating) then it's certainly a possibility. Thanks for the suggestion
  6. Just having a relax in the room before we go out for another meal. We have to bring the laptop away so we can log on and sort out the internet banking for work on Monday morning. Just making use of the hotels free broadband before we go out
  7. From what Ive seen these "reports" (and I use the term loosely) always seem to start.... I was drifting toward a curb so put the power down to come out and I only slightly clipped the curb and LOOK!! or I hit ht tiniest of potholes and look what happened! The truth is more likely: "I drifted like a propper nob straight into the curb at full pace, and rather than admit I cant drift for @*!#, and was acting like a dick on the public roads, Id rather say it was just a minor clip and it was the wheels that gave way too easily" or I was driving without due car and attention, didn't notice the crater in the road marked clearly by a cone, and drove straight into it. Id rather blame it on poor wheels and jump on the nearest bandwagon than admit Im driving with my eyes shut. or I paid four times as much for similar styled and weighted wheels from Volk, and I wish to remain a brand whore, so I will cry foul at every opportunity if a company produces wheels of a similar design, weight and quality for far less.
  8. That looks bloody brilliant. The carbon effect looks great. I really do like the idea of being able to change colours/finishes quite quickly and also being able to revert back quite easily too. What other wraps do they do and how much are we looking at for a full car wrap?
  9. Feel free - Im spending a month of it in Oz. BBQ on the beach for Christmas Dinner..... come on!
  10. he picked the better looking one as well Have you noticed there ae no photos of the fronts of those two.
  11. Though for some reason that I still cant figure out, I couldnt get Rob in focus on any shots of him at all!
  12. Plugged the water cooler in at someones desk who isnt currently here. There have been jokes made about it being more useful than the missing occupant.
  13. Water cooler has arrived, and we dont hav a single extension lead in the office to get it plugged in. You couldnt write this stuff. bol***ks
  14. Depending on camera manufacturer, some provide plug-ins for photoshop (including CS 2/3/4) that allow you to load your camera photos straight into the editing software, no conversion necessary. You can also set up batch processing in CS to load, resize and save as another filetype the whole of a directory. Very useful if the camera cant save two different file types to the same memory card.
  15. The back of the portable air con unit should have a pipe on it which is to blow the hot air out the back. If its just sat there blowing cold out the front and hot out the back without the hot air being dumped outside the building, it will actually be heating the room up! Turn it off!
  16. We have a portable air conditioner in one office, and Ive just arranged for the larger one to have air conditioning installed tomorrow, along with a watercooler which should be arriving shortly.
  17. Given how slow the dealership sales are at the moment on brands such as Aston Martins, you could probably squeeze half of that out of them already if they have a car in stock. Car in stock and not selling is a depreciating asset that they need to shift. The end of the quarter is upon many dealerships in the next few weeks, you just need to find one up against it with the targets. Sometimes you will find they will blow one out to hit a target at the sake of profit margins on the one car.
  18. Or you could set the camera to take raw and jpeg at the same time. That way if you want to do any editing of the raw file you can do, but if you just want quick and fast jpeg files to post straight up, then you have them too. Though even that cant magically make other jobs vanish. I know I should have some spare time tonight when I get home so Ill go through the photos I need to post up and get them all added to the specific galleries
  19. Wait till they start shifting these things out onto the roads, that will see the Aston prices fall due to the brand image Im sure.
  20. I know - something I need to get round to, but no sooner are the shows over then its back to work
  21. Had to work late the last couple of evenings, will do it tonight, honest.

  24. And you even quoted your own post so that the company name is mentioned on two separate pages on a popular website. Certainly no stranger to using other peoples websites to try and get the link viraly spread. And the old - "Ill get pics up when the camera is fixed". Really. Love to see them, that is of course if they arent of a persons car who is already a member on a uk 350z site.... Hows these apples grab you....
