  3. Hopefully in storage not scrapped.
  4. Buy the one's without cut out and get yourself zed badges with built-in side repeaters 👍
  5. Aftermarket ones yes, just no modified, used or genuine Nissan ones.
  6. Don't over think it, 'run what ya brung' and have fun
  7. He doesn't want OE wings, he doesn't want used, and he doesn't want aftermarket. What else is there?
  8. My number 1 tip would be learn the track and avoid the grass. You're not driving a lawnmower 😂 People who know me will get that. My first time on track was funny.
  9. It’s your first time, you’re gonna be terrified and thrilled in equal measure as long as you keep on eye on the pressures (drop them off a couple of psi as they’ll get hotter than usual and will be overinflated, leading to premature wear) and don’t be doing massive skids everywhere on purpose, they’ll be absolutely fine for a first go. They’re not track tyres, not even close, but if they’re what you’re used to then that’s what will make you the most comfortable and that’s what counts on this go. When you get the bug, that’s when you can start looking at something more track-orientated
  10. Hey! I’m considering taking the 350z on a track day. I’ve just had UniRoyal RainSport 5 tyres put on it, will these be ok for a track day or am I better to remove them and put something specific for track on there? I’m not racing driver, and am doing it to have a bit of fun and push the car more than I can on a normal road. I’m running MTEC discs and EBC red stuff pads. I’ll probably be there for a few hours, so just seeing I’m going to need specific tyres or if the ones I’m running would be fine? anything else I should consider? Thanks!

  12. I've recently sold my 350Z to my brother in law & he's wanting to get new front wings. All we can find are ones without the cut out for the side repeater, which seems silly in the UK. He's not wanting modified or used ones, nor genuine new ones due to cost. Does anyone have any links to UK ones with the cut outs in them that will fit? Thanks.

  14. Whilst you argue with Nissan (and I think your question about how it could possibly be that's it's not required if the part number matches, is a good one) I think you should have a google at pulling the fuse to stop yourself being stuck. If they do eventually fix it, then you can always put it back before you drop her off.
  15. Love the charge speed rear bumper. I was fortunate enough to have 1 when I had my 1st 350z. I never got a chance to fit it though as someone offered me a small fortune for it, so it had to be sold.
  16. Hi, looking for a bit of guidance around this issue, appreciate this sub might be inactive though. I have a 2010 370, I have the same part number as described in the Nissan Bulletin / Picture, however upon ringing my local dealership & Nissan Uk directly both have told me there is no outstanding recalls on my car. The only thing I didn’t do was quote the Bulletin ID No, which I will ring them back to do. However anyone got any info on what more I could do? I haven’t got a problem paying for it, but I feel as if my model should have been flagged for a recall however hasn’t been, so should be fixed at Nissans cost. Only thing I will do is double check the previous owner didn’t already have the work done, but I would had thought the part number would have changed.
  17. Hi buddy, keep the updates coming, love the CS bumper,I had one on my first zed👍
  18. You can get them £50 each off Amayama, not great, but maybe cheaper than other suppliers. https://www.amayama.com/en/part/nissan/44030cd010 https://www.amayama.com/en/part/nissan/44020cd010
  19. Great result on the CS rear - i always wanted one of these. Spacers make a big difference too. Looking good. 😎
  20. Hi all, Looking for a body kit, widearch style. Ideally rep VS would be perfect... bumpers/archers skirts and the spoiler. What have people got for sale? Thanks
  21. It's not looking very lively in here nowadays but I'm going to start a slow thread as I begin to make progress on my Z. Throwback to Jan 2024 - 65k miles and bone stock. Now sitting at 78k miles and slightly more rust. Since then it's had more age-related repairs than mods: steering rack, fan pack, tie rods etc. Safe to say I have become a frequent annoyance to ZMANALEX 🙏 Starting small, in Feb 2025 I took the headliner and centre console out and sprayed them both black. Used a textile dye for the headliner called Fabricoat from Amazon. Finished product looked good but it took almost a week to dry inside my house and it is STANKY. Console was just a Halfords special. Also wired in an aux cable mod into the tape deck, then mounted a 3.5mm jack inside the cubby behind the handbrake. I've never been a fan of aftermarket headunits, they just look out of place. Also had to replace the notorious amplifier relay which was cutting out. Then a couple of months later I picked up some 20mm & 25mm spacers from TORQEN. I'd recommend a set of spacers even if you don't do any other visual mods, it makes the car look how it should have from factory. Very minor thing but I sparkled my exhaust tips just before Japfest 25'. Was hoping to go again this year but tickets were gone by the time I checked. I'll be in the peasant park with the Fiesta STs 😔 Now for the centrepiece. I had wanted a Charge Speed rear bumper before I even owned a 350z and so I set about finding a replica as genuine brand-new ones are £1.5k without paint or the carbon diffuser. Found one but it's been in storage for a year whilst I figure out what to do with it. Fast-forward to this weekend and I found a genuine Kuro black CS bumper on Ebay that's 15 minutes from my house. Had to be done, no regrets. I now own two CS bumpers. Fitment is 98% there, as soon as the weather allows I'll go back in there and tighten up the gaps. Then it's onto the next battle. Diff bushings & clutch 😟
  22. Aren't there bumps and holes and things for the park brake mechanism on the shields?
  23. Still available. Boxed and sat in my garage, far too good for the tip!
  24. Sorry for the late response - yes it's available.
