Honda S2000 - won't start when warm

I thought I'd post this up as there are quite a few knowledgeable people on here that might be able to help.

A friend has a Honda S2000 which won't start once warm. If left for around half an hour to cool down it will start, but if needing to fill up at the petrol station it won't restart.

Any ideas what could be causing it and anything he could test easily?

I had a TT that did a similar thing - kept leaving me stranded at petrol stations as the engine was warm. So I killed it with fire and bought the Zed.

But what it turned out to be before I did that was the coolant temperature sensor. My friend had a Passat that did the same. Seems to be a common problem (and cheap fix) for VAG cars. Not sure if it's the same with Honda, but worth a shot.

EDIT: Or just do what theheff said :)
