On the hunt for a Zed, advice needed...

Hi guys,

I'm after some advice from you existing Zed owners, if possible!

Having recently sold my Civic, i'm now on the hunt for a Zed around the £8000 mark. Ideally i'd like one in Kuro Black or Azure Blue, GT, Black Leather, less than 65,000 miles, preferably with mint bodywork.

I've been to see a few around the 8k mark and the bodywork on all of them has been appauling. Am I being unrealistic with my budget?

Budget is fine. Just depends what year you're looking for. You could get an absolute minter of a DE engined one for that price.

Ideally, pre 56 plate so the tax isn't bonkers!

Your budget is realistic - just keep looking - if it is mainly stone chipped fronts you are referring to this is normal - you can get full front end respray for approx £400 - just factor that into the purchase

Your budget is good so you should find a nice Zed for that. Keep looking and check out the "For Sale" section on here; http://www.350z-uk.c...eds-for-sale/

Your well in budget but remember your trying to find a 10 year old car with mint bodywork.

Lower your standards a little on the paint side and remember that a front bumper respay is pretty cheap aswell as getting the car professionally machine polished
