Some people out there are clearly missing a few brain cells.

The driver is in his mid 20's.

 

The guy looked like he was in his mid 20's. He was racing along the motorway.

 

We passed him at 65mph. That's some good journalism right there.

 

Also no way in hell the guy in the van could see what that guy was playing or doing. Not only did they say a racing game but real racing so they saw the app too? Most likly using sat nav or fake.

Reading a text or answering your phone in a traffic jam is a bit silly and will get you a slapped wrist, playing a game on an ipad is orders of magnitude worse. The mind boggles.
