Got one on the car already courtesy of the previous owner. What are people's views on them?

I dont like the look of it, but are there actually any benefits/noticeable gains? A lot of people in the States seem undecided....

Any ones I've seen on civics etc all tended to be cheap and actually caused more issues with grounding than solved. Aesthetically pleasing but not really necessary.

Cheaper ones had some seriously dodgy battery terminals causing arcing etc

I'm sure a trader on here (don't hold me to this but possibly Horsham) did some tests, it showed less electrical noise, and possibly a smoother idle (possibly for higher mileage vehicles).

Benefit, if you think it might help any other issues.

Worth it, not for the point of performance.

Looks, if you like that sort of thing.

Will you notice anything if you removed it, possibly not.

My kit from Horsham definatley mate a difference mate, I had a slight fluctuation in idle every 30 seconds or so, that went straight away as soon as I fitted the kit, seemed smoother overall aswell tbh

Definatley worth the 30 quid plus it looks great in red in the bay :)

Like I say some cars may need it, its not a necessity of any kind, unless you are trying to solve earthing issues.

I thought that it made the idle smoother on mine, as well as the xenons noticeably brighter. or maybe its all in my head :p

I was chatting to Jezz about them and he has not done an HR yet.

But he has some computer data to back up his claim that they are benificial!
