Music does affect your mood though, which is why i listen to heavy metal when working out as it makes me more aggressive Likewise, if im trying to relax on a stressful drive home i put something slow & relaxing on.

 

I guess now its a matter of time before insurance companies start asking us what type of music we listen to in our cars, and if you mark down you like Thrash Metal or Prodigy then they will ramp your premium up accordingly.

I stopped myself listening to the R H Chilli Peppers and Pendulum when driving. :blush:

 

Is that just an age thing or to stop speeding :lol:

I saw a report done on this on a TV program a couple of years back ... the results were surprising as the genre's you would think make you drive like a lunatice in fact "scientifically" had the opposite effect

many many years ago (i was 19) i crashed into the back of a BMW 5 series because of the song i was listening to...... Metallica 'Sad but true'... was too busy head banging to notice he had stopped! lol
