Bolt has no chance but you hav to take into account the cars fastest section is the 2nd 100 metres. at that point its rate of acceleration is exponential. first 50 metres is where it counts and it depends on acceleration. Get a bike (the pedal-driven variety), make up some amusing/rude fake numberplate & stick it on the back, find a quiet residential 20mph speed camera. Make it flash all evening.
