LRF4N Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Saw it coming towards me on the motorway. Have to say it looked good, better than I expected Only complaint was the back lights, looked like cheap Halfords lexus lights Quote

They're just too damn slow. Quote
Will370z Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Totally agree, i like the look but those back lights just dont do it for me. Sat in one at goodwood, Very comfortable inside too, even for one of my size. Quote
Stew Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 It's the new tuner car for sure! I have seen about 100 kits for it in the last month! Quote
rtbiscuit Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 still waiting for the hot version of the BRZ or a proper hot verion of the ft86 the TRD version is nice but its all dress work. Quote
rtbiscuit Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 well someones already setup a UK club for it already Quote
ioneabee Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 There's one for sale near me at the local Toyota garage - really like look of them (and they have back seats - sort of) - just a shame about the engine Quote
Guest Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I'd always take a Subaru over the Toyota just for the badge . I think they look fantastic, but there's just no power there to back up the looks. Here's hoping Subaru release an STi version. Quote
chettle Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 They remind me of a new Hyundai Coupe! I like them, but id rather the scoob version! Quote
wolfie.irl Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 quite a few on the road over here, totally agree about the back lights and has anyone seen the corner reflectors on the front bumper Quote
Topcat Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Not seen one on the roads yet, like what i've seen from pictures, will be interesting to see what kind of power can be produced with tuning options. Quote
tez162003 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 I have been seeing them doing testing here at work for a while now. I really like them, but as mentioned above, they do seem on paper to be quite slow for what you expect it to be. Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Definately the new tuner car. Lots of activity over the pond already. Saw one last week, just need a non shandy version with 3.0l plus Quote

agentsmith350 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Had a drive in one last week ..Wasn't impressed at all , it felt cheap , rattly , Noise was horrible. Yeah its an "ok" car , but certainly over hyped Quote
bronzee Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 They're advertising them here, ridiculous thing is the allotment for this country has been sold already. They need to pull a rabbit out of a hat. Quote

They need to pull a rabbit out of a hat. When i was at Toyota they said they were only allocated 4 to there dealership , 2 of which would be demo cars that you couldn't buy anyway ! Quote

If they were going for less power than some rivals I thought they wouldve tried to compensate with better build quality Might pop in to see one over the weekend. No intention of buying don't worry Quote

It's not as if they're top of the line, 200k (Kiwi price) car. Quote
bronzee Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 They don't look bad at all. Just need a bit more power. Quote
Dblock Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 I kinda think this is the 2012 350z. Not super powerful or clever just a good car with rwd. Hopefully like the 350z it will be more than the sum of its parts. It has the lowest centre of gravity on a mass production car and I kinda think yes 200bhp isnt alot but I think you would appreciate the car more and drive it more on the edge. grip and power being equal. LRF4N Posted August 8, 2012 Author Posted August 8, 2012 That red one is nice. Cos it doesn't have gay lights Are they standard in other countries or do u have to buy aftermarket lights that look more oem than the oem lights Quote
