Zugara Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Well after 19 months of zed ownership, it has come to an end. Pick up my new car next Saturday After fighting with engine issues for sometime, the car is now making a horrid clanking sound when rolling, so, I decided it was time to chop her in and let the garage have the problems to resolve. I won't be leaving the forum and still plan to have a good banter on here with the forum members. So, its not goodbye, but its a goodbye to my zed. I will be sorry to see her go, but needs must. So, she will be getting a good spanking leading unto exchange day. Quote
andlid Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 SLK Merc, that'll be in the garage more often then on the road?? Which SLK btw... 500? Quote
andlid Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 200 kompressor this the one with the 1.8l engine? The one that you just 'chip' up to 230? Like the shape of the newer one, back to the old style merc's. Quote
Zugara Posted August 27, 2011 Author Posted August 27, 2011 actual car. http://usedcars.lexus.co.uk/dealers/hed ... =se_de_re_ Hmm, chip pit to 230 eh? How?????? Quote
Zugara Posted August 27, 2011 Author Posted August 27, 2011 I feel ur pain mate Bitter pill to swallow, but I have lost the excitement of driving the zed knowing its got some serious issues that i am not prepared to pay out money for to get it resolved, as some traders have be unable to pinpoint one of my issues, that being pinking. Now the cluncking noise, its all too much. Hope you get yours sold soon fella Quote
