Yup, weights inside the wheel. The advert was shot in two parts and stitched together, the join is when the exhaust is rolling uphill, that is the only bit that is computer generated. Very good advert though. They also did an advert where they cut out hundreds of channels in a road so that when a car drove over them it played a tune. linky

it was actually shot with 2 sequences put together in post production
