Mods, I'm sorry - please retract my earlier post and don't hold me responsible for WWIII breaking out

As I said when I started, just back from the pub......

No WWIII here mate - and certainly not your fault - I asked the same question in person when we were on the Hoon

Do you think that Admins/Mods should be voted for?

Is that a general question (in which case my personal answer is no, they generally know what they are doing and do it very well) or aimed at Vik54 (in which case I'll let her answer)?

agreed, mods know how the forum is running and voting a candidate on would only lead to possibly getting someone who is popular on the forum, but maybe not mature enough with the responsibility.

its not easy remaining impartial and i have often noticed the mods stepping back and not being personal in a situation.

does it matter if a mod is a woman or a man?

:dummy:

No. But there are more men here than women which means its more likely to be a man that gets it :)

its a shame there isnt a mod who enjoys reading the off topic "crap" would save the rest of them from suffering said "crap".

might be a good idea to make YOU a mod over the offtopic one :D
