TPO Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 Hi all, just signed up to the forum, wife and I picked up our Zed yesterday - 56 gunmetal GT. Would have been a lovely drive back from the dealer (NMJ Motorhouse nr Dunstable) apart from the flipping M25 being difficult so only had a couple of chances to push it! We're near Woking and hardly see any others round here normally - anyone know good service places? The warranty runs up late-Sept, was planning on taking it to a Nissan dealer to check for any issues/warranty work while it's still covered, but from looking at the TSB's I'm not sure if any apply to the '56 reg? TPO Posted August 11, 2009 Author Share Posted August 11, 2009 Holy cow this is a friendly place BOSE all sounds ok (left speaker works and no CD skips so far) - had to laugh when I couldn't load a CD before finding out about the multi-changer! But as you say, worth getting it looked over, I'm not sure I'd know what to listen out for on the driveshaft/suspension. My last car was an W-reg MX-5 and I got used to squeaks and rattles from the hood! The Croydon Nissan dealer appears to be getting good comments (and a 10% discount helps!) so will give them a ring and ask, Bishops Nissan in Guildford had bad reviews on another site I was reading.
