Gervais Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Morning, Hope all is well. My names Gervais (as you can probably guess!) I'm 21 and i currently own a Golf 25th Anniversary GTI. Thought I'd introduce myself as I've just joined and I'm hoping to get a 350Z probably around december once I've renewed the MOT and put 6 months tax on the Golf. Going to start reading into them early though so i dont rush into anything and so i give myself plenty of time to test drive/find the perfect one for me/my price range and hopefully i should end up buying a very clean Z! Also noticed in your sig there is a meet in southend, Hopefully I'll be able to pop along as it would be a good chance for me to look at some nice examples etc Quote

The Southend meet is a combined Type-R/ Honda/ Zed Meet, so a few nice cars always present!! Jerry Quote

Thanks to all the welcomes posted up since my last post Went to a Nissan dealer quickly after football at the weekend. They had a silver coupe and a roadster in the blue colour both looked very nice but they were up for a lot of money! Quote
Gervais Posted January 24, 2010 Author Posted January 24, 2010 Took a bit longer than i was hoping but I placed a deposit on a 54 plate 350z GT on saturday Sunburnt orange with Rays etc Has the Alezan leather. Body work was immaculate and interior also very clean with only some slight cracking on the drivers bolster I also drove an 06 plate in azure blue with the 300bhp engine (which had scratches inside and out) and didnt look as well looked after. I felt very little difference between the two and if anything the orange one pulled better for some reason? (although that could be because the salesman didnt come with me on that one and let mum come with me instead (she is very maticulous so thought it would be good to take her) I loved everything about it and can't wait until i have picked it up. Also want to say a big thanks to the forum as on the test drive i noticed the clicking from the rear which means the CV's are going so I've told them to sort that out or we dont have a deal Everything else seems spot on. All being well i should pick her up this saturday coming, Cant Wait!!!!! Quote

Macca, I told them I want them replaced and not regreased and he said they will so we shall see.... They said I'd have 12 months warantee on the car so i will make sure they're covered within that.
