Tim S Posted March 27, 2009 Author Posted March 27, 2009 Deposit received from TimGSXR - many thanks! Tim has raised the issue of PayPal recipient fees - he kindly paid the fee when he paid the deposit. Have other people been doing this? I can only see the fees where I've been charged them. I ask because I've been charged for some transactions but most not, and we'll need to work out what to do about fees at the end. Quote

I didnt see anything about fees when I sent mine as Personal or whatever you said in the PM Quote
Ekona Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 I paid the fee myself, least I could do with you organising the whole thing. I did the whole Personal option as well, but it always seemed to tag me with the fee no matter what option I chose. I'm not bothered about it though, it's only a couple of quid and that's peanuts compared to what we're potentially saving. Quote
lilsheepshagga_turbo Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 as above.. i paid the fees... least i could do considering your doing most the donky work... itwas only 2 quid or summin so nevermind init -ho Quote
Chris`I Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 Just check PP as I was feeling guilty that I didnt pay any fee, and in the summary it says Fee: £0.00GBP, so whatever I did, it didnt ask for a fee Quote
BulletMagnet Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 Depending how much you trust the recipient of the funds, just sent it as a gift. Did that with most dealings on this forum and it either has no fee at all or only after a certain amount. My highest I've sent was £60 as a gift I think, no fees were incurred. Quote

Adam@Z1auto.com Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 Tim - shoot me a pm with the details so I can start coordinating things on this end. Quote
Tim S Posted March 30, 2009 Author Posted March 30, 2009 The pedals are now ordered and paid for. The final price is £30.55 + UK delivery if needed + PayPal charges in some cases. Adam is expecting the pedals in 10-14 days, and they'll take up to 5 days to get to me. I'll work out final balances nearer the time. Quote
