I'm a graphic designer, DJ, run an Ebay and Internet Business, and sometimes teach Martial Arts.

I think I need a lie down...

(Sarnie what's your area of Internet Businessness?)

Sweet what martial arts you teach?

My main background is in ITF TaeKwonDo but I also currently do Shaoloin Mok-Gar Kung Fu and cross train in a few other styles on and off.

Part of my Ebay biz is selling a couple of books I put together for TKD. I'm also invloved with a couple of MA Newsletters

Just wish it made me enough cash so I could quit working for someone else full time! :thumbs:

ITF = nice proper TKD :thumbs: WTF crappy fairy bandits jumping around like gay fairies with legs flinging in the air imo :teeth:

:lol::lol: So true!

Just a shame the Olympics don't show ITF. When it was on everyone was like ' Oh thats what you do?' I was like Nooooooo!

:lol: I will never understand the points system of WTF, its like you can punch but you wont score points, they might as well ducktape their arms to their sides as they bounce into each other whilst trying to kick its hilarious :lol: I enjoy ITF. I gave up with Kyokushinkai similar thing, cos you cant punch to the head yet they call it full contact the ultimate karate system... erm ... I dont think so... :headhurt:

I'm an electrical consulting engineer and design building services but mainly spend my time project managing.

Also do a little web design in my spare time for extra modding cash! See www.yachtthalia.com for example, that's also the boat my sister works on, she's also been on moonens and azimuts for those boatyy types reading this.

I also sail competitively in a laser sb3 and am in the world championships this year, yes guys I'm a wafi!

I was going to say you are often seen soliciting in Aberdeen but then thought wiser. Thought editing Jays post would be a better idea! :thumbs:

Wise choice :boxing::lol:

That is so insensitive of you stew, to view women like that. Just because Cara has a good job does not mean we can view her as a sex symbol... god honestly I can't believe you guys, you make me sick, Cara is on here because she shares a common interest in cars, just because she is female does not mean we have to act like cavemen when she posts something like being a solicitor for career... even if she does wear a pinstripe suit, low cut top, short mini skirt with suspenders and high heels, hair down fringe seductively browsing over her glasses, legs that go all the way up and in my imagination seductively seducing me with her eyes as she tells me Im guilty and will be punished... oh god... Ive done it again... :blush: mama

:scare: lmao :lol::lol::lol: I actually thought being a solicitor would be yawn-inspiring rather than induce such fantasies, looks like I was wrong ;):lol:

Trainee Solicitor here. Doing my LPC. Cara you're so lucky to have completed this horrid course. Got exams next week. ANy tips? :D

Hiya, whereabouts are you studying? Do you have a traineeship lined up for after the LPC? Oh how I hated that course, but still, I'd rather swap and go back to being a student now (sorry) :lol: I can't remember much in general off the top of my head but feel free to PM if you want to pick my knowledge (limited as it is!). I recall the LPC being a doddle compared to the LLB so you'll be fine, good luck :thumbs:

I'm doing it at College of Law in London Bloomsbury. I haven't got any traineeship lined up unforunately. My mate at Allen & Overy's been trying to help get one lol but I've been a bit too busy to properly apply for a training contract.

Lol trust me, you don't want to be a student again! This course sucks!

What are you talking about- the LLB was a doddle compared to this haha. I started revising for my exams on the day and never turned up to any lessons and I passed. Same for my Masters and did my dissertation in two days!

But you know better than me, on the LPC you actually have to work!

Really appreciate the offer to help. I'll deffo PM you if I need to discuss to extract some of your legal knowledge :) Thanks!

Well everyone seems happy to just divulge..........i'm now keeping a list for when I need an electrician, a ride in any number of boats, some wood or a solicitor (actually Cara do you do discount divorces?) :lol:

I work in a team dealing with complaints against local authorities and currently specialising in planning complaints (usually that they don't like their neighbours extension!) - although the planning complainants don't tell you to F off on the phone like some of the other ones i've dealt with previously!

Your better getting divorced under English law Nixy. Scots law is a bit kinder to the males..... unless you want a big lump sum pay off. Then Scots Law is the way to go I think......

im a dentist- get to stab ppl with a big needle, make them scream as i pull their teeth and they thank me and leave money on their way out lol

I am a dentist as well.....although i prefer hitting the nerve with my drill...... :lol::lol::lol:

Recent surgery mods....Kubota tractor (got rid of the old air compressor).... pneumatic drill.... stanley pliers.... :p

So you guys are the ones to speak to about nitrous refils :thumbs::lol:

Still a private consultation appointment for the refill would cost you £90.... and thats without the gas.... which i would have to breathe out first!!! :lol::lol::lol:

Things are different up here (I'm in Scotland) - our equivalent of the LPC is technically called the Diploma in Legal Practice (although a lot of us still refer to it as the LPC). They're meant to be on the same level I think, and serve the same purpose, but ours is obviously easier :lol:

Good luck on securing a traineeship, I know it's a nightmare - and even more so just now due to the credit crunch :headhurt:

Ah cheers. Yeah it is a nightmare and like you said, the credit crunch doesn't exactly help matters :bang: Buying a Z and then modding the heck out of it is proving to be good motivation though lol.
