Yorkshire_Zed Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 Ive just swapped from my 350z that i owned 1 year,to this 370z in Le Mans Blue,on 99k miles. It has : Envidia Gemini Exhaust Z1 Intakes Eibach Springs Pioneer Apple carplay thing installed First impressions are it feels lighter than the 350z,certainly a lot quicker - going from 287bhp to 330bhp. And that exhaust sounds amazing. The only thing i dont like is the mechanical rattle when you set off in 1st or 2nd gear, but i ve been told that the aftermarket flywheel, and you just have to put up with it. The car is certainly a real head turner, and that colour is just another level and seems quite rare! Some things i need to do to it : Gallery Gaskets (never been done ive been told - quote is £900) New numberplates New windscreen (has a chip and wiper scratches) I will keep this thread updated! 5 Quote
davey_83 Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 Ello n welkom Lovely purchase, had this car following me for a good few miles up the Peak District last year for a club drive out - stick around. Quote
Andy_Muxlow Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 Hi and welcome. Lovely looking car. The blue is certainly a lovely colour, however I am also biased 🤣 Quote
HEADPHONES Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 Welcome to the OC Stunning 370z there. If you need a quick cheap chip repair, these kits go for about a tenner Quote

HEADPHONES Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 There are companies that will come out and polish the glass for you. My brother in London had his done. If you order a new windscreen there are threads I've read about extra precautions the fitters need to take to prevent damaging trim during the process so it'd be worth maybe printing info out for them in case they aren't aware. But a chip repair kit should help prevent a chip it turning nto a cracked screen which may leave you stuck until you get a new one. Quote
davey_83 Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Wiper scratches can be machine polished so they're not so apparent. Quote
GranTurismoEra Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Decided against the 987? Good choice. Hopefully trouble free miles and you will notice the difference between the two cars. Pros and cons. I made the same transition. More confidence with the grip at the back and a bit more oomph. Enjoy. Quote
