[Photo] Just about to fit a cat AFTER my back box, anyone done this before?

only if you permanently affix him - if its a temporary attachment ........... I wouldn't bother

Was going to check whether he is high flow or regular, but the legality of that is questionable .

You need 2, pop one in each pipe and fire it up. See which type of cat get the best mpg

I wouldn't fit that personally as I know those Cats are susceptible to breaking down under heavy load.

 

Exactly why I fitted De-Cats when going FI with my Zed.

lol! In seriousness though, that photo highlights that those lowered 14mm or more shouldn't consider straddling any dead animals on the road! Looks like my buddy there would make a fair bit of contact with my diff and exhaust! After destroying my bumper of course.

My car is standard height and I had no choice but to straddle a dead fox. My flexis took the brunt of it as well as keeping a fair chunk of the fox on them all the way to work...

 

Needless to say the stench of hot dead fox was fairly vile.

Is it chipped? Mine is but he still doesnt perform very much, Im looking into a 5th leg mod for him now.

Definitely needs one for each tailpipe or the exhaust note will have an odd warble to it.

 

I'd also highly recommend using black cats, as they would blend in better and enhance the visual appearance.
