RorySolow Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Super proud to have completed the "look" part of my 350z project. It's meant to be a tastefully finished street car that can handle to speed humps of London. What's been done? - Tein Street Basis Z Coilovers (~20mm drop all round) - Linea Corse LC818 rims (19x11 rear, 19x9.5 front) - Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2 tyres (295x35 rear, 265x35 front) - Seat Leon Cupra front splitter - Custom cat-back exhaust with quad pipes What do you think? 6 Quote
nimz Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Beautiful mate, sits so nicely on those wheels, actually really like the quad exhaust too. How are you finding the coilovers on London streets? Quote
ZEUS Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Looks great, but then I love a black zed. Exhaust really works too. 1 Quote
Si8pny Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Rear tyres look phat! How do you find the ride on coilovers? Quote
KoukiKeith Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 This looks great! Pretty much what I want to do when I get one ... Also interested to hear how you find the coilovers in London? Quote
Payco Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 (edited) Good work, looks very nice. Edited October 19, 2016 by Payco Quote
BobbyZ Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Yep, good job. Not a million miles from the look I've gone / am going for on mine (still want to lower slightly more and can't decide whether to get a front lip or not). Nice and subtle Quote
GMballistic Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Very nice job indeed. Tastefully done. Quote
MIGWEL Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Looks great and I too love a black Z ... Looks nice & subtle & sleek & I would say stealth !!! Quote
RorySolow Posted October 20, 2016 Author Posted October 20, 2016 Beautiful mate, sits so nicely on those wheels, actually really like the quad exhaust too. How are you finding the coilovers on London streets? Thanks! The coilovers are a slight improvement on the Tein S-Tech springs I was on before. And being able to adjust the ride height is a God send - I just had to raise it 5mm all round today as it was scraping on some of the steeper speed humps. Quote
RorySolow Posted October 20, 2016 Author Posted October 20, 2016 P.S. The Tein coilovers I'm now on are a steal at £440 from Ewen @ Clark Motorsport. If you're looking for height adjustability only. Quote
