ksc350z Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Hello to all, just joined the 350 forum after a few months ownership.. 😊 Have a slight issue with my zed and seeing if anyone can help me out at all.. It feels like the 350 doesn't go as it should, I went to test drive another one today and it definitely seems to pull much better. does anyone recommend anyone/garage near London that knows their zeds I could take it to ? Many thanks. Quote
GMballistic Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 RT Performance seem to be well regarded by those that use them. Link: http://rt-performance.co.uk/services/ Link to them on here as they are a registered trader: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/145-rt-performance/ Good luck with your Zed. Quote

I think they did a revision of the DE in 2006, though those changes clash with the GT4 so I'm not 100% on the facts. I think they did the GT4, did a limited run, then a year or so later put some of the tweaks into the rev-up DE engine before the HR was released. Original DE red lined at 6.5K rpm, the rev-up goes to 7K and the HR goes to 7.5K. So maybe you did test a DE with a different engine to yours? That said I think it's worth taking your baby to an expert. 1 Quote

rabbitstew Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 When was yours last serviced. Stuff like new air filters & plugs can help make the car feel a bit more responsive if they havent been changed in a long time. Quote

Anyone had a similar problem before? Quote
