I'm going to say scam. We had one about 2 years ago on Irish buyers site. BMW 5 or M5 or something very nice. Same story. Paint over car. About 10k on the clock. Valued at about 80 or 90k Eure before new paint. Car was in her name. Withdrawn very quickly. Think it turned out to be a radio station that ran the advert.

 

Oh yea, she only wanted about 10k for it.
