  1. Having lost my Z last year, I eventually got round to clearing out the garage and came across a few items that forum members might be interested in. First item is a plenum that I polished myself. It came up quite well after a lot of sweat and a burned out drill! PLENUM NOW SOLD. !! ALL OTHER ITEMS STILL AVAILABLE !! £75, including postage. Plenum now sold. Next item is a JDM instrument cluster. These were taken from my Z and replaced with a UK set, but were working fine. Just want to get rid of them to a good home so £20 including postage. Next is a pair of OEM front wing reflectors. I just want enough to cover postage, so £10 and their yours. Finally, I have an OEM air box. Again, I just want enough to cover package and postage so £20 seems fair.
  2. These wheels are now sold and have gone to a new home. I hope Tom enjoys many miles of happy Zedding on them. Thanks to the moderators and other members for advice, helpful posts and interest. Cheers Jim
  3. Hopefully. Just negotiating collection and payment arrangements at the moment.
  4. I'm in negotiations with a potential buyer at the moment. Will let you know if that doesn't work out.
  5. The way things are going they might still be on sale in a few months time!
  6. These have now been sold. Thanks to all for the interest. Jim
  7. I'm really surprised that nobody has wanted to buy these yet. Am I asking too much for them?
  8. Following the demise of my Z, I am now starting a clear out of the garage, so will have a number of parts to sell soon. Here is the first item - a set of led rear light clusters. These have been on the car for a few years, but have been very well looked after and are in very good condition. They are very easy to fit, are simply plug and play, and they really do transform the appearance of the car. I think that Nissan charge a few hundred for these, so I think a price of £150 (plus postage) is fair.
  9. BUMP Can't believe nobody is interested in these wheels.
  10. Yes. it was full. Have emptied it so you should be able to pm me now. Thanks for the alert.
  11. Just popped out to check. They are staggered fit. 8.5 front, 9.5 rear.
  12. Sorry, don't know the answer to that one.
  13. I am surprised they are still up for sale even though the ad only went up last night !!! They will sell then we will get a load of wanted LMGT4 wheels wanted threads...normally the way. You don't need any luck selling these Jim. Thanks for these thoughts. Hope you are right!
  14. Sorry, should have said in ad. They are 19".
  15. NOW SOLD. Sadly, my Z has gone to the breakers. We lost a fight with a telegraph pole and the insurance company has written it off. I have no plans to get another Z, so my Nismo LM GT4 wheels are now superfluous to requirements and I want to sell them. I am based in Central Scotland. I bought these wheels from ZMANALEX in April 2011 and they have been on the car only during the summer months since then. I put the original wheels back on every winter and the Nismos have never been exposed to salt etc. Apart from regular washing, I cleaned them once or twice with ValetPro Bilberry Wheel Cleaner and protected them with Poorboys alloy wheel wax at least twice per year. Overall, therefore, they are in very good condition, as you can see from the pictures. There are scuffs on the rims on three of them, the worst being on the front nearside. Again, the pictures should show the extent of that damage. The tyres are Falkens, and still have a decent amount of tread on them. The fronts have around 7-8mm and the rears around 5-6mm. They have never been punctured or leaked at all during all the time I have run them. There is however some damage on the tread of the front offside tyre. This was caused by the wheel arch liner scraping the tread when the car was being recovered. I have included a picture to show this damage. The wheels themselves were not damaged in the accident. In perfect condition, I reckon that they would be worth about £1600 for the set, but given the damage to one tyre, I have reduced that by £100, so I think that £1500 for these very rare wheels is a fair asking price. This includes a full set of black studs and locking wheel nuts. Buyer to collect. Here they are while still on the car. And off the car now. Rear O/S Rear N/S Rear N/S close-up of marks on rim. Front N/S Front N/S closeups of scuffs on outer rim. Front O/S Front O/S close-up of scuffs on outer rim. The spokes are in perfect order - the marks shown in their photo are just reflections. Front O/S tread damage.
  16. Thanks again. I'll have a look at them tomorrow.
  17. Just for reference my '08 HR did not have threadlock on them, but did require quite a force to start them off but easy once started. Thanks for that update. Mine definitely must have lots of threadlock on them because they show no signs of shifting at all. I have decided to check to see if the weight is still in the bootlid and, if so, remove it as a first step. Failing that, I will try to cut the sockets off the ball joints and replace the struts using the OEM ball joints.
  18. Just bought an adjustable spanner and tried that but it just keeps slipping off. The 12mm is definitely too slack to get any purchase on it. These bolts don't look like they were ever meant to come out! I may have to give up and cope with the bootlid falling down in cold weather.
  19. I ended up using a very narrow/thin adjustable spanner as I only had my imperial scanners and couldn't get any to fit cleanly. Thanks for the tip. I'll give that a try.
  20. I'm about to order a pair from SGS. Anyone know what is the size of the bolt that screws into the bootlid? I just tried a couple of spanners on it - 11mm is too small but 12mm seems too slack and I don't want to risk stripping the bolt. PS Haven't been on the forum for a couple of years now but still running the original Z.
  21. That's very helpful. Thanks.
  22. I have the UK dials and have the same issue with the clock. Everything else works fine, and it was just plug and play. That's the first time I have come across the information about the heater "brain". Must have a look to see if I can get hold of one.

I use Autosol - works fine.
  24. I just got one of these yesterday. Works fine.
