  1. Well done, at last. I figured you must be in the process of moving as you have never been this quiet for so long Just remember all the things I told you.
  2. Most wheels have been posted here. viewtopic.php?f=61&t=20281&hilit=Post+your+favourite+wheels
  3. Well done Lucy and congrats Dave. I've got 2 and they are an absolute joy (most of the time) so enjoy every second.
  4. Great shots of a fantastic looking Zed, certainly worth the 3 years wait. Wouldn't have been complete without a pic of your engine bay
  5. How evil can some people be? Justice has certainly been served & I just hope that Mr Thompson can get treated correctly by the people who doubted him. My ex father in law was wrongly accused by a relative, though it never went past the police stage. Fortunately we never doubted his innocence but I know how much anguish it caused him & his loved ones.
  6. Well hello stranger. Great write up on your Zed experience, nice to read. So what has replaced the Zed then?
  7. Hi & to the forum. Good to see the numbers of 370z owners on the forum is growing
  8. Heard about the accident this morning and tonight on the local radio news and it makes you wonder. To then hear it was a fellow Zed owner and at such a young age is truly shocking. My condolences go out to his family & friends and I hope they can find ways to remember Ian in better times.
  9. Wondering why somebody would be inclined to anger or bad feelings with overtones of menace when selling a car (it should be surely - sorry Dave it was driving me mad )
  10. There definitely seems to be differences in peoples readings, though that could just be people not going all the way. As said previously, the only way to tell is by how much you can put into the tank, or driving until you run out. Just worked out that I put in 67.85 litres, so had loads of juice left. Trouble now is, I will probably end up risking it in the future and end up stranded at the side of the road miles from a petrol station
  11. Bottom of the tank is perfectly fine keith.....i drained my tank dry and opened it up. Nothing but shinyish metal staring back. Well that is good to hear, got to many bad memories of crap in the bottom from years ago.
  12. Starting to feel like a real wus now, but got to admit I don't like sucking up the bottom of the tank.
  13. Well I got back from Mississippi on Tuesday morning and was running low on gas (what language you get after 2 weeks with the Yanks). Well I kept meaning to call in to Tesco to get some 99 Ron but carried on risking the DTE reading. This morning when I reached work it was saying 16 DTE but on leaving work it just became a dotted line. Fortunately, 9 miles later, I managed to reach the pumps & give "Macca" an eighty pound drink. Phew that was close, was bricking it all the way as the DTE reading never once changed from the dotted line. Anybody managed more than this?
  14. Hi Keith & to the forum from another Keith.
  15. Wow that's awesome & must have cost a fortune in the 60's.
  16. Well yet another surprise Dave, I wonder if you sleep at night Best bit for me is the statement "I will never abuse a car ever again" Having spoke to you in the past and asked what you were going to do to the Zed next & getting the answer "nothing, that's it for now" which we all know lasted for about a week, I look forward to the next revelation. (you'll be telling us next you and Grant are NOT playing hide the sausage )
