Wish you well with this Dave, especially if it gets you the front cover shot on a Gay Magazine As ever with this sort of thing it's maintaining the muscle afterwards so it doesn't turn to fat (another Peter Andre on the way)

Looking absolutely fabulous & definitely worth all the work you have put in to it.

I swapped my OEM lights for Bi-Xenon from Paul T & the difference is fantastic. Used to hate the light given off by the OEM's, especially on B roads.

Sorry to hear this Mitch. Guys like this don't deserve the time of day from a decent woman but somehow always seem to get it. He will probably spend the rest of his life going from one relationship to another and never finding true happiness. Forget him, pity him and make your life what it should be, happy. Thanks everybody, just typing this at work Nothing planned, well at my age you have been there, done that. Will just have to enjoy myself at the 18th birthday party I am going to tomorrow. Martin I don't even get the chance to see you at Wales next month as I'm flying out to Mississippi on the 4th for 2 weeks, really going to miss the meet.
