    Mine is upto date. I have wondered if the last update had something to do with my problems but cannot remember if everything was ok at that time. Oh thnking about, it my problem started quite a time ago, but there might have been an update back then.

    I also have a HTC Desire and have a problem. It used to connect but now it doesn't. It says its paired & connected to phone audio but cannot get anything. The Bose used to say Phone when it connected but don't even get that now. On the advice of Rich I unpaired the phone & then paired again, still nothing
