  1. Hi folks, Quite a while back I bought these http://www.350z-uk.com/index.php?/topic/61347-Black-Spline-Nuts-£30-*SOLD* However like an idiot I've lost the spline key, anyone know where I can get a replacement from? I'm in a pickle if not.... From what I recall the splines were 6 half cylinders. Thank you Steve

    Brake pedal feel

My brakes are exactly the same mate. Very progressive.
  3. The scorpion or the cobra systems are the cheapest 'good' exhausts.
  4. Hi Bullet, didn't end up swapping in the end. I've got the true dual on the car at the moment, not quite what i want-too quiet and the oval tails don't suit the chargespeed rear. The K1 and bungs are knocking around the garage. I should really get my ass in gear and sell the K1, y pipe and bungs but very lazy lol.
  5. See here for the power supported by different exhaust diameters http://www.exhaustvideos.com/faq/how-to-calculate-muffler-size-pipe-diameter/
  6. All models bulbs are accessed through wheel arch Pre facelift are Xenon D2R dipped and Halogen H7 main beam Facelift and HR are Xenon D2S for main and dipped.
  7. If it's slipping its shagged. If its not and its not making any noises it's good. My clutch is stiff and always has been Typical main dealer BS!
  8. How many miles have you done on them? Can take up to 1000 miles for the release agent to wear off new tyres.
  9. As above about 2 mins ago in sainsbury petrol station. K XX CDC
  10. I just don't get how they failed last nights task it was so easy - especially so when split between 8 people!!! 2 people count what you have and unload. 2 people work out how much each item costs and what to sell it for. 2 people load the van. 2 people work out where to go to sell what..... Seriously these people are so dense.
  11. Glad it wasn't only me, I hope he doesn't last much longer!!!!
  12. Dirty boy.... It's better after the first episode when they get woken up or the phone rings and they come bounding down the stairs braless Ha ha, I'd forgotten about that! I'm looking forward to it! On another point Did anyone else find that Tim guy (guy who got told to shut up by LS when they won) really annoying how he seemed to find it impossible to stay still when talking!?! It was like he had body terrets!
  13. Also some of the eye candy is good to look at Love the birds sat in their PJ's at the end of last nights episode boobtastic lol
  14. So many bell ends on that show but I like to watch and laugh at them.
  15. I had an ST185 GT-4 before the zed which 'felt' quicker due to the turbo but in reality was not. I remember the first day of my commute to work in the zed. Nailed it up the slip road paying no attention to the speedo as that's what I always did in the GT-4 at the end of the slip road I was doing about 30mph more than I would have been in the GT-4, I was shocked because it felt so effortless. Its just the ass Dyno that needs recalibrating.
  16. I hate flying so much! @*!# like that is awful.
  17. Ha ha awesome! Only thing I'll ever be famous for!
  18. I run motul 600RBF or you can go for 660 which is slightly higher in terms of boiling points. 600 works for me on track. To replace it all I think it took me 2 and a bit bottles. Just over 1 litre.
  19. Thanks guys, very strange. The old filters part number had worn off so couldn't check what it was before. I'll check the PN with a different place today and see if I've been told right or wrong.
  20. Looking good man, cracking job!
  21. I changed my oil this weekend and when I bought my filter was told the part number recently changed. The zed still isn't listed on the box still just small engine Almeras etc. After changing the oil I've noticed the oil pressures have changed or at least seem to be higher now than before. The engine oil level is at the top mark as always. im using the same oil as always Fuchs Titan Race 5W-40. I see about 60psi at 2000rpm and about 100psi at 4500-5000 when warm and near 120 at 6600, this seems to be higher than normal. Idle however is the same as always at about 30. Also the gauge now seems more responsive and changing more quickly when blipping the throttle. Anyone else experienced this with the new part number filter?
  22. The engine is used by renault Yes Renault use a derivative in their vehicles but the VQ35 was designed by Nissan.
  23. Clarkson thought it had a Renault engine in it.....says a lot....
  24. Thanks mate, they look even better in the flesh.....well metal lol.
  25. Another post for excellent service from Mitz and Cougar Store. Even when things go wrong, which they do occasionally, the problem was sorted out immediately with no hassle or fuss. Without question will buy from these guys again. A final pic:
