  1. The K1 really settles down after a couple of hundred miles. Mine was unbearable the day after I fitted it but now drive with the bungs out all the time. Got a great reading on the dyno with the K1 too
  2. Sorry to laugh but this is one of the funniest posts I've read in a long time! We do all have our off days though buddy
  3. You have changed the aerodynamics of the car with that stubby! It could make the world of difference...if it meant they don't have to pay out! If it came to it I'd hobble home on my remaining non-broken limbs to swap it back over before the insurance engineer visited
  4. I must admit I have always had a soft spot for Forza 2's cover car
  5. I agree with everyone here but in all honesty I'd never bother to declare a stubby
  6. Why not go for the nismo black and red streaks instead if you really want vinyls?
  7. +1 had both, both are good, but personal preference for me is the K&N which is what i have now. although i might look into dropping an apexi filter into my K&N airbox. What would be the reasoning behind this, better filter? i had an apexi on my old car and it was a great filter, but it was also a dry filter, where as the K&N is an oiled filter; nothing wrong with that but there is a risk of oil clogging the MAF (only if you over oil it.) also the apexi has a cyclone funnel in it. the JWT is good as it has more filter area with the internal filter section its like 2 cones. would never have a mesh filter, not good at filtering. foam is good though the piper cross was on my civic. i've tried a lot of filters on different cars. my fav so far have been the JWT K&N and apexi. So you are saying a mesh filter like http://www.envyperformance.com/index.cf ... ct_ID=1027 isnt actually a very good filter? (for dirt)
  8. I'd say the popcharger definitely makes the biggest difference sound wise
  9. The powdershot place I took mine to asked if they were real split rims or not because as you said, the powder will not adhere to cosmetic studs. Can you unscrew them and get them painted or ar they too corroded?
  10. +1 camskill was the cheapest for me. Very good for Falkens
  11. Havent even got a 20p in my wallet Will keep a look out now though!
  12. You may find that its nothing to do with the amp: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3098&p=27313&hilit=+shock+static#p27313 Not sure of a cure though
  13. Not only that but speedos arent really that accurate at that speed. My old JDM used to read 121 when it hit the restrictor but it was actually only 112.
  14. I'll be honest - I thought they looked rubbish but after seeing them on Rich's car they look great
  15. Nice one! You might make a few £££ if you decide to sell these

  17. When I first got my Zed I rang big Phil (someone who used to trade here) thinking I had a leak. Turns out its just the aircon thawing out. Was funny at the time anway.... Think you'll find its just this mate.
