the nismo's will look 100 times better!! i prefer the rays to the gt4's...abit boring for me. Can't believe you have a set of lm gt4s and you are thinking of leaving the std gt4 wheels on it!!

that is correct and to be honest clarkson drives a slk 55 amg and a gallardo spyder which although lovely cars if you saw him driving them with the roof down there is only one word which would come into my mind....****!!!

I'm not saying its not a great engine i just mean its nothing that revolutionary. In terms of the best v6 sound, i think you may have overlooked the alfa 3.2 v6...now thats a soundtrack!

I got 27k out of a set of 19" goodyear eagle f1's rears...i couldn't believe how long they lasted and the fronts and still on with lots of tread. I drive the car hard and have never ever seen tyre wear like it. My type r used to have new shoes every 9k!!!

the power delivery is very linear and as such its deceptively fast. I agree its not going to win any awards for the engine but in terms of the torque it delivers and the great soundtrack its perfectly suited to the car. I certainly wouldn't class the elise 111s in the same bracket as the Zed though! I would be very suprised if you sign on tomorrow being dissapointed with your test drive

looks really good mate, have you sprayed the tyre with primer though? Looks like it! Get some tyre gloss on there and that really set the wheels off.

hi mate, I'm getting a new head unit this week, should be being fitted on thurs/fri and it has bluetooth on it so aslong as it is good which i have been assured it will be my bluetooth adapter (bought last year from nissan dealer) will be up for sale if you can wait till the end of the week.

i've got so fed up with my bose skipping that i've just ordered a new head unit and then i'm going to wire a usb cable into the arm rest cubby. I had the same dilemma as you but my i trip wasn't that reliable. I dont know what the dension ice links are like?

Yes the companies that 'advertise' specialists in modified cars do cover them but for me weren't as competitive on cost as others. I spoke to elephant about this and they said it is because it makes the car more desirable so higher risk of theft. Its just a way of making more money!

I've told mine, it is annoying that they charge more and dont even cover them but then again it would be a hell of a lot more annoying if they refused to pay out because i hadn't told them!

I am having an exhaust system made and i would like to base it on the Nismo so I am asking if anyone knows of the specificiations of this, i.e diameter of pipes used etc etc. Also some pics of one off the car so i can the whole layout, have searched the web and here but am struggling so far. Thanks for your help.

the nismo does sound the best im my opinion but the cost is just crazy! I am hopefully having a custom one built very soon as i couldnt find an exhaust which i wanted. I know hawkie has just fitted a miltek so i'm sure he can help you out and there are loads with the scorpion fitted so again people will come along to help shortly! Welcome, great shots!

i think the problem with the nismo v2 is that the splitter part sticks out quite far and then can make the rest of the car out of proportion hence the need for side skirts and a rear valance / spats. I like the way your car is not over done mate but i know its difficult to leave them alone once you've started! I reckon just a front lip would look good, personally i think the carbon veilside v1 would look very cool on yours without looking over the top...but i would say that just my two pennies worth, anywho!

mine skips when it wants, doesnt seem to matter how smooth the road is....so annoying!!

some lovely machinery going round the track, suprisingly it was of the busiest track days ive been to at Oulton. They had gritted the track so it soon dried out. A lovely white gtr going round and nice to see an 08 plate Zed in white with the customary Nurburgring Sticker on the bootlid...anyone on here?
