look on autotrader and see whats available for around £11k, there are plenty for sale at that money. There are still cars on pistonheads that were there when i was selling mine which just shows if you price them right they will sell.

its £105 to have the plate put on retention but then you dont have to pay any more to assign it to a car. Or its £80 to transfer plate from car to car. Done it so many times and its cost me a fortune
i've gone too
for me it was purely the reason that i found the Zed just too impractical and tiring for my every day work car and with the constant fuel increases and talk about road tax increase it just tipped me over the edge to go a little more sensible.

i think the "forged" bit on the actual rim rather than the lip, so it wont affect it. It can definitely be done, just worth noting that over winter it is likely they will get ruined which is why i had them fully painted.
its one of those cars that you have to drive at 100% otherwise like you say they do feel dull. But you cant call the combination of 8,500rpm, that engine sound and quite possibly one of the best gearboxes ever built lacking in drama.
