  1. Sounds like front transmission bearing or flywheel as per your description mate. Both are easy fixes, however the gearbox has to be dropped which is no big deal. If you are planning on carrying out this work yourself then please find below schematics which will help you understand the transmission layout. All parts required including clutch kits and flywheels are in stock and all good to go same/next day. Alex
  2. Sorry to hear of your mishap Phil. Best to get the car up on a ramp to assess the true damage mate. The steering and suspension have obviously taken a hit resulting in the steering wheel being off centre. Once on the ramp you will soon see what is pushed back or bent. If you are planning on the insurance route then fine, however if you are considering fixing yourself then I should have most parts in stock either new or preowned, but the first step is to get the car professionally inspected unless you have the experience to check it out yourself. Good luck Phil and I hope it is not to serious or expensive mate. Alex
  3. Sounds like it may be clutch bearing or clutch cover diaphragm. Or may be front transmission bearing. Alex
  4. Same problem as quoted had to get my engine light reset a couple of times now, so I guess we are agreeing the spacer just screws on to the existing Berks fitting? Presumedly the extra length does not interfere with any part of the engine-exhaust area? Alex if your reading this, a nod of the head gets you a sale You have the nod mate The extra O2 simulator should not interfere with the undercarriage and providing they are not pointing downwards then you will also have enough ground clearance. Alex

  9. Yup, some good action in the first 6 rounds. I am a fan of Plato, however he is pushing his luck with all his antics. He picked up a mega fine and had points put on his licence 2 weeks ago and was lucky not to escape the same yesterday at Donny. The way that he was barging into the back of Shedden all the way down the hill was o so wrong, however you get your just rewards and he was penalised for that as well. Race three at Donington Park was struck by controversy with two penalties being applied to the top three finishers. Mat Jackson crossed the line first, but was excluded for a turbo boost-related infringement, handing victory to Gordon Shedden. So Jackson was excluded, Plato was handed a two-second penalty for his taps on Gordon Shedden. Having crossed the line second, Plato was demoted to third, only to re-inherit second place following Jackson’s exclusion. So Shedden actually won the race having finished in 3rd position. I would call that a result for our local Knockhill man Alex

  17. And the best trap is a little gadget called "Little Nipper" It is the cheapest trap on the market, about £1.00, however it is the most effective and has a 100% success rate. Fiddly to set, so watch those nails. Seriously, these little demons are serious rodent traps and would break your finger so be carefull. Alex
  18. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. They will do a job, but for how long? Alex
  19. I started noticing that my rear passenger wheel was making a noise on braking. Took it for a diagnostic test at same garage and they changed my rear disc brakes and pads as they said they were worn out The above would have been the reason for the pad and rotor swop out which is nothing to do with the hand brake brake shoes sticking on. The handbrake shoes sticking on is a common problem, however if adjusted correctly then this issue should become less noticeable. Best to jack car up and remove the wheels and determine if it is the pads or the shoes which are sticking. Alex
  20. Only got brand new BM. £28.20 + £3.95 shipping mate. Alex
