  1. You will only require the shock disconnected at the bottom to check the resistance
  2. I now run MPSS with the XL sidewalls (nitrogen filled) on my R35. They are not runflats and I have experimented with various pressures but I am now back to the recommended pressure of 200 Kpa. Alex

  4. Running a N/A 350Z at the ring as a beginner I would start with the following. Decent tyres: R888 or similar, providing it is not peeing it down. Eibach sway bars front and rear (anti roll bars) RBF 600/660 brake fluid and a set of braided lines Full geometry check and adjust: Some CAT driver training.   5. Disconnect the shock and check for resistance. Is the car sitting level? Are the rear sub frame bushes in good condition? Are the rear suspension arm bushes in good condition?

  11. Fitting a new rocker cover gasket will not have any effect on the oil ingress to the spark plug tubes Alex

  16. no there is a BCM also under there. The BCM is attached to the fuse box in the R/H footwell. Alex

  20. Probably lazy fan motors, but certainly should be sorted before you have an over temperature issue. Alex

The car will over heat eventually if the fan motors do not kick in when stationary, so I think that you are not giving it enough time Providing you keep an eye on your expansion bottle and you do not allow it to seriously "boil over" then you will not do any harm.
