+1 The Nismo style spoilers that I sell are a perfect fit on the Coupe and Roadster and are definately a DIY if you are handy with the spanners and there is no bonding required so very easy to remove at a later date if required

First thing to do is contact the Trader and also send him the video.
You will be able to gauge how helpful he will be by his reaction.
He may ask you to take the car to local garage for diagnoses and perhaps fix.
Does your warranty cover you for breakdown cover?
Are you a member or RAC or similar?
Remember you don't have a problem until you have a problem.

Sounds like fuel damper, get a hold of the fuel line beside the damper on the rear of the engine driver's side and check for pulsing in rhythm with the noise.

Your 195 psi is only the compression of the engine and has nothing to do with oil consumption.
If you wish to carry out a compression check to establish if there is any bore or oil control ring issues then a wet check may help you pinpoint the problem.
However it may be something other than worn oil control rings, perhaps valve stem oil seals.
I would get a pair of cats back on it and slightly different oil viscosity and take it from there.

Sounds like you may have a leaking slave cyl.
Pull the rubber boot from the rear of the slave which you may find is full of fluid.
New clutch slave cyls in stock if required and good to go same/next day

Don't know if there is a guide, why don't you have a look in the guides section?
However you can get access if you partially remove the front arch liner, however, I prefer partially removing the front bumper.
