any advice on how I can get my 370z soft top to work! it was fine until it wasn't!!😢

The rear lid lifts up and the hood unlocks and starts to operate then it stops. No response from switch, no sense of power as its silent. If I remove power / fuse etc it will try and operate but it seems to think its closed when its open and open when its closed!!
