  2. Sorry did i just see a post with the word 'economical' when refering to a 350z. Thought it was on forum rules that this word should not be mentioned
  3. brembo's brembos price please, also what is the exhaust, just OEM?
  4. I think you are on about the brake pad wear sensors, think some have pads have them some dont. My oem ones had it new ones didnt. Grating noise, esp if red stuffs could be them bedding as they have the 'break in coating' or could be grit caught between disc and pad
  5. Evans is not highly regarded in cycling circles to be honest, - very commercial. personally i would look at the likes of Parkers international. Agree about the weight saving but carbon fibre is a different animal interms of response, its alot less forgiving in terms of flex over rough roads or if you damage it (slipping over or banging it in the back of the car.) Alot of people, including myself stick to carbon stays and carbon forks. Specialized are banging out some beautiful bikes this year but to be honest as long as spend the money you will get a decent bike. Main thing to look out for is some bikes spec in campagnolo or shimano, many cyclists have a preferance, mine is shimano due to i prefere setting it up. If you a complete amature or getting back into the game, try and have a go on as many as possible and find out what works with you best. About the cycle to work scheme: if you are going down this route i would urge you to read the small print carefully. Having worked at halfords i know many companies actually set it up a bit cheekily as you pay back the so much each month for the allotted time but in the end you dont actually own the bike!!! Read it VERY carefully. Dan

  13. I doubt anyone would take the p*** when we meet, if everyone had the same opinions every zed would look the same, best thing i would say is go for what you like, what you want. Just do some photoshops or if you dont know how to use the program im sure someone would be more than happy to do a 'shop' for you then u can decide whether u like it, at the end of the day ur the one that has to live with it everyday!

Looks a really good day, really good turn out, shame i couldnt come up, managed to double book and spent the day getting badly sunburnt at Santa Pod, seemed to be a lack of 350z's there though mmm wonder why??!! How many cars turned up then! Why oh why didnt you get someone on a bridge on a straight bit of road, that would have been an awesome shot! Anyway looks a damn good day out. Glad you all had fun

  19. Very very nice, Phil should be sleeping in silk sheets and using bbqs fuelled by £50 notes by now after the amount of money he has off member on here. But i must admit the results look very good. Especially like the colour coded battery and brake fluid covers ( if you told me that without seeing it i would have said no no no) B)

  21. Right, I have decided that the stock ride height is a bit too much for my liking but i quite like the comfort level and if anyone has ever driven around the roads of Guildford they will understand that the comfort factor is vastly important, so all those people who have coilovers what is your set up and what is your experience of them? Im not on about dropping it really low just tidying it up abit Cheers Dan
  22. Welcome, surprising how much difference the clear reflectors make, looking
