  1. Hey, at least science admits when it's wrong. Religion sticks to the same tired dogma even when presented with the blindingly obvious.

To me, it sounds like you're not being anywhere near aggressive enough, combined with poor balance transfer. You need to be getting all the weight over the front axle and using much less steering: Right now you've got too much grip over the rear and too much lock on the fronts, so you're just ploughing on. Less speed, lower gear, more gas.
  3. Erm, yes there is. It's called 'GW-11'. The diagram shows an X against every part that needs to be replaced after every disassembly. No idea what you're looking at

I meant more the inference that piped in fake sounds in a sports car are a good thing. They're not. At all.
  5. IMHO they’re not even close to the Cups, and especially not the Cup2s. I mean, they’re still great tyres, but I’d still put the Cup2s above them by a fair margin.
  6. Bushes. Worn bushes do an awful lot of clanking when worn, so I’d do those first.
  7. Makes no sense not to fit one then. You sure you’ve not got gaskets in there, bud?
  8. But the Bible doesn't contain answers, only comments that can be interpreted in many different ways (as you've said you do so yourself). You've also said previously that God punishes those that have strayed from His teachings, as humankind now is not how we're supposed to be. Assuming that's true, then either God is giving babies cancer to punish the parents or he's giving babies cancer because the baby shat itself too many times in a given week. However you look at it, that's an evil and spiteful thing to be doing, and most certainly does not make God a loving one. It makes him a c***. Or is there another reason God gives babies cancer? My comment about not needing proof as I have faith was deliberately flippant.
  9. I don’t need proof, I have faith. A loving god wouldn’t accidentally let babies get cancer.
  10. Why on Earth is there no gasket! I assumed you’d blown it to pieces by having a loose manifold, not that there wasn’t one there at all
  11. A loving god doesn’t give babies cancer.
  12. Exactly that. Forward planning will make much more difference to your mpg than any gadget. Regardless of vehicle, I’ve also found the best way to save a few quid on fuel is to do 60 rather than 70 on the DCs and motorways. You’d be surprised how little difference it makes to the overall time of the journey, and makes for much more relaxed progress.
  13. But if you bought a 370Z new, you had to pay £1700 in the first year, so swings and roundabouts. Plus, y'know, spending £30K in the first place
  14. Manifold loose, as in manifold to block? Can you not put some locking nuts on them? Or even better the S14 locking tabs. And yeah, you def need a new garage.
  15. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-43617752 Best bit? Right at the bottom... So Tesla finally realising that touchscreens really aren't a clever idea for everything after all. Whilst it's a little bit funny, I'm actually more genuinely pleased to see that at least one manufacturer is stepping back and moving back to proper buttons again. I know tesla are a long way from that, but it's a good start.
  16. But again, who cares? It’s really not a good reason to pick one car over another, not when we’re talking about cars over ten years old.
  17. Indeed. The link even says that too, check out the asterisk on Band K.
  18. Not being funny, but if you chose the car based on the VED then that was a huge mistake regardless. The difference is about the cost of a pint of beer a week, it’s peanuts. Just enjoy the car regardless, it’s the fuel consumption that will cripple you not the VED
  19. Club events like this are 5% about the cars, and 95% about the people.
  20. Have you ever tried semi slicks though?
  21. This seems to make some sense, in that without mass you cannot have gravity.
  22. But instead of wasting that money praying, imagine if it was used to cure all those problems forever? I don’t disagree that charity is a good thing, but you don’t need religion for that in the slightest. Praying does nothing, creating sustainable plant life for use in drought-affected countries is something that could make a real difference. You mention health care, that’s exactly where science has created massive leaps in the last few decades. Think about where we were compared to where we are. I don’t know enough about theory to answer the Big Bang vs gravity question. However, I’d suggest that gravity as a force is likely to always have existed regardless, but I’d need to research that before being comfortable with it.
  23. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/sep/15/us-religion-worth-1-trillion-study-economy-apple-google All in there And no, I don’t “believe” in science. I accept facts when they’re demonstratable.
  24. It’s called PPI, you might have heard of it Most policies will cover redundancy and sickness, but for obvious reasons not getting sacked (so don’t do that).
