Brake is the DM's favourite anti-speeding group. I don't speed any more, lesson learnt. I did it once that entire trip, never sped in the UK and never sped in Europe since. I agree, it's stupid and pointless and should be saved for the track, which is what I do. I didn't realise you don't speed either, well done on being one of the sensible few. Are you now saying you go through amber, and not red? 'Cos that's not what you were saying earlier, was it?

I did, what was your point again? Like I said, I did some stupid things when i was younger that I learnt my lessons from. Hopefully when you grow up a bit you'll realise that driving through red lights on purpose is somewhat retarded. Again, I've never jumped a red light, and there is simply no good reason or excuse for it. How many times/different ways do you want me to say it?

My PC has some kind of i7, as much RAM as I could fit into it and a couple of SSDs and a couple of normal hard drives. I've no idea what gfx card it has, nor sound card. Sadly, I stopped caring about PC tech a few years ago, and now I just use it for interwebbing and photo/video editing. My consoles are for my games, no need to faff around with silly settings chasing that extra 1fps and 1080p on a 55" telly is better than billionty res on a 27" monitor. I used to love all the tech and modding, I was heavily into that scene back in the day via PC Format and the forums there.

Don't go on which way the grooves go, you go by which way the vanes inside go. That's what cools the disc, and fitting them the wrong way round will kill them quicker than Greekman can. As above though, check with the manufacturer.

Worrying thing is whether they've seen the red light but make a conscious choice to jump it, or just don't see the light at all. I'm not sure which is worse.

Zackerly. They're all idiots too. I get how people can justify speeding, on the correct road. It's something I'd do because I like my licence, but I can see why people do it. What I cannot fathom is how anyone in their right mind would think it's okay to go through a red light? If you're going to get rear ended by the car behind if you stop, then you're both driving like numpties.

I have never, ever driven through a red light. Anyone who has done so is a complete idiot, and I have no idea how they can even try and justify that. What part of BIG FRICKING RED LIGHT do you think doesn't mean stop?

Any BMW is not a more focused driver's car, so you can rule out any of those. Likewise any Merc. Both make great cars, but they're not more focused than a Zed. If you want more focused, but without going silly (like a Caterham, for instance) then either you get an Elise variant or maybe a Megane R26.R, or you strip all the weight out of the Zed and modify the stopping, handling and power parts, in that order. I don't think an S2K is a much more focused car to make it worthwhile changing.

The wax is crap, so basically that's exactly what you're buying it for, those products you mention. And yes, they are very good, and you get a good size sample. That's the reason I'm stopping, I already have stuff I've not used yet. A few products have dual usage, for example exterior trim cleaner can also be used inside.

I'm not purchasing this month. I've still got too many products that are basically the same sitting on my shelf, and the last thing I need is more. I will miss the air freshener though

Remove the engine damper, is the noise still there? I doubt that's the cause, but it's an easy one to check.

It wasn't a rant at all. It was an observation, something you lack if you routinely jump red lights even at places you know to be a bit dodgy. And no, since I grew up I've not been caught for speeding. Oddly that's because I don't speed, but I'm sure you'll choose not to believe as well. I care not a jot.
