  1. Why does everyone think that everyone in Westminster doesn't care about Scotland? That's a pretty big assumption to make. The same could be said of Wales, or the North, or pretty much anywhere else outside of London. Politicians tend to want to please as many people as possible, so why naff off the Scots? Actually, I'm struggling to think of anything that Westminster have done worse to Scotland than anywhere else in the UK, certainly in my lifetime at least.
  2. I don't see how the tilt will be affected by what arm it's on. As I said, I'm going to wear mine on my right arm. I cannot see any issues I will have with doing so: This is Apple, not Nokia. Joooooiiiiin uuuuuusssss Jiiiiiiiim...
  3. The problem with modern politics is that too many people cling on to history. There's no-one left in frontline politics now from either Thatcherism nor the Lab government from the Winter Of Discontent, yet people still hark on back to those days as if that's all there is. People move on, ideas move on, look at what you've got now not what happened then. Hell, even the current Labour lot barely resembles anything from the Blair days! People voting based on historical events is why politics doesn't work. If you think that Holyrood will get full power and suddenly everything will be rosy, think again. You will still have greed, you will still have incompetence, and you will still have major social issues that require a change in government to sort. It's why neither Con nor Lab stay in power forever, because neither system is perfect and sometimes you need a reboot.
  4. Pfft, I made my own I don't get the LH/RH watch argument. No other watch manufacturer ever makes LH versions of their watches, and no-one moans at them.
  5. Maybe there are no extra benefits of No, but maybe it's all negatives with Yes. Better the devil you know and all that...
  6. Fibre will change your life. Seriously. Suddenly there is no media that you cannot stream, and it's pretty much limitless in terms of bandwidth when downloading. Okay, it's not, but it never feels hampered. I'm only on a 35Meg connection here, but that's plenty. When I move, either I'll go somewhere with fibre already or I'll look into getting a specific line installed somehow. Sadly BT have made that a little harder these days, so I may have to go onto a business contract for it, but it's not the end of the world.
  7. I think that's a sad view of your countrymen, but I do understand your viewpoint.
  8. Because they're Scottish?
  9. It's a profit thing. It's for lazy people like me, and we're happy to pay more so we don't ever have to leave the sofa Game developing is ridiculously expensive now, and this is one way to cream it back.
  10. I has made templates and prototype! Initial thought is that the Plus is too big, and there's a huge Tard Factor when holding it to your head.
  11. Does any other major watch maker produce LH versions of their watches?
  12. In that case you might just try something like Meguiars Ultimate Compound, that's as good as anything by hand and cheap too. For wax, there's a billion choices, but I'm a fan of the DJ Supernatural for ease of use and great finishes on all paint types.

    MPSS

Check the date of manufacture, that'll give you a good guide. I'd be binning tyres at around the 5 year mark, but some can go for up to 7 years. Cracking is the biggest issue. That said, on a new tyre like the MPSS you should be fine. It won't deteriorate any quicker, but it will be that much older than a brand new one (obviously!) so you'd need to consider that as you should replace worn tyres as a pair.
  14. Polish isn't coloured, or at least nothing decent is! Are you going to polish by hand, or with machine?
  15. I'm right handed, but wear my watch on the same arm. Never bothered me
  16. Yeah, my stream kept going a bit wonky too. I didn't think he was wearing it all the way through though, but if he was I totally missed it! So many custom straps and the different types, it just looks amazing. Gonna be about £500 for the one I want, though.
  17. Lol, me too! I was giggling like a child as he started to say "Just one more thing to show you..."
  18. There's no competition law like that! If there was, do you not think that Steam might have issues?
  19. I cannot be the only person essentially creaming myself with excitement at the Watch launch tonight. Looks utterly mesmerising, and I think that Apple are back on their game with real software revolutions, rather than incremental hardware updates. I'll take a large Sports one please, with the mesh band. I'm undecided on which iPhone 6 I'll be getting next week, as although I'm against huge phablets I would like the huge battery increase and image stabilisation. Great news on a 128GB version too, that's been a while coming.
  20. So is it not your country if you move then?
  21. That's your own fault Have to say, a sportbrake could look stunning.
  22. Sorry, didn't mean to be aggressive! Apologies bud, genuinely didn't mean it like that. I dunno, I've do doubt at all you've FAR more knowledge than me on this, I just can't see how a manual V8 would work in the future for Jag.
  23. My crystal ball wasn't working, apologies. You know what though? I'm going to stick my neck out and say we won't see a manual V8 XE. I've no doubt there's mules out there with that setup, but I just don't think the market nor Jag want to do one.
  24. That's okay, I have a massive willy but never get any sex to use it
  25. Where did you get that from? So far they've only mentioned the ZF autobox and the 3L s/c V6 as the top choice. I'd be astounded if we ever saw a V8 in it, and even more surprised if they did a manual. That's not Jag any more, hasn't been for some years now either.
