  1. Sorry man, I know we've had our differences but I couldn't let you do that: it's truly dreadful and tacky. If you really must, at least keep the words next to each other. But still don't
  2. Thank god they didn't make more of them!
  3. Some can, and tbh yours is a frickin' powerful one so it's gonna get a little warm. Def not suitable for use on a lap!
  4. Have an idea for my Nismo... or your 6 http://66.media.tumblr.com/007168c486c96f0a50ea2e616368b2fe/tumblr_oblmo8cJED1ug9hqfo1_1280.jpg Le Mans next year! You don't even want to know how many times I saw Girls Aloud in concert then...
  5. Agreed. A Labour win would be chaos for the markets, and we can expect to see the pound weaken considerably I suspect. A Tory win (and a proper one, not just a couple of extra seats) would mean that the pound will creep back up again, but not by a huge amount. A hung parliament would be bloody awful though.
  6. I did indeed, and it's worth every penny. The manual is a massive thing, packed full of pics of the Porsche factory and how they build the cars. The model itself is put together in the same order that the car is built in, i.e. you make the engine & PDK 'box first, then you make the base chassis, then you mount them together etc. Took me a good few hours to build over about a week, and it's absolutely huge too. I'm hopeful that Lego will do more of these, maybe something from McLaren or Ferrari seeing as how they already produce smaller versions of those cars already. Not cheap, but I got mine from a chap on PH who does bulk buy discounts. StevoD bought one for his Dad at Christmas, think it was about £150 from memory which is an utter bargain.
  7. 97 is absolutely fine to use. It's 95 you should avoid.
  8. Yeah, it's just a big car park. All the other bits they mention will be there for all the public to try, personally I'll be watching the racing Unlikely to need to give your name either, not with 500 cars going!

Seriously, just do the springs, that'll give you what you're after.

Okay, let me ask a different question then: How do you think the current system the security services use should change? I.e. instead of monitor up until the point a crime is committed and then act, what should our they do instead? At what point should they act?

Okay, so how do you think they should define it? Someone with terrorist mates? Someone who downloads a bomb document? Someone who one time visited an IS website? You can't just say trust the security services, as they have to have defined boundaries too. I can't believe you don't have an opinion on this, put it that way.

I didnt say that at all, lets be realistic about what the security services deem a terror threat and i am sure that doesnt include isis popping up in a google search The security services know who these people are in most cases with very good reason. But how would you define who is and isn't a threat? Serious question, not being flippant on this. Genuinely curious to know what you'd define as a terror threat.
  13. If there's one group of people I wouldn't muck around with and try and blag, it's mortgage lenders as you literally put your entire house on the line. I also wouldn't muck around insurers. Or the taxman. Or armed gendarmes. /spanish inquisition

With no damping adjustment at all and a price level that low, I think you're a brave man if you gamble. Plus you have to re-use your existing top mounts. Personally I'd be saving another couple of hundred quid and getting the BCs or the Torqen ones, the step up in quality will be noticeable and the last place you want to compromise on the car is damping. If you just want to lower the car then simply get some springs for half the price.
  15. 99% sure they do it beforehand, I'm almost certain they did with me when we bought our place a couple of years back. The lender will ask very specifically if there is likely to be any change in circumstance in the near future anyway, and lying and then getting caught out means they'll either withdraw the offer or simply ask for the money back in one lump any way. Risky business.

  18. Ignition off, pump the brakes until the pedal goes hard. Keep foot on pedal, it should stay hard. Engine on, foot still on pedal, it should sink until reaching a normal depressed position. If it sinks right to the bottom, you have an issue.

I'd rather 10 guilty people go free than 1 innocent person goes to jail. If that means that we end up with more Manchesters, then unfortunately so be it. I wouldn't want to be thrown in jail or deported because someone sent me an email and I opened it, or all my mates were dodgy and I genuinely had no idea.
