  1. My two do, usually when giving me head bonks and it goes right down my collar
  2. I read Car and Evo, but Car is by far and away the best motoring magazine out they a country mile right now. The quality of both the writing and the photography is on another level to the others, and they get noticeably more exclusives recently. Evo is a shadow of what it used to be, however it has improved from the shambles it was 6 months ago.
  3. Sounds like vapourware to me.
  4. Nope, and thank God. It's ugly enough with the soft roof, let alone a big ol' bubble on there!
  5. I believe the magic speed is 40mph
  6. In that case, can you please tell them from me that next time they're going to make an F1 game can they drop the cheating AI please? I know they addressed a lot of the issues on their forum this week (which in fairness was pretty decent of them) and clarified the decision to use pre-determined times for P&Q, but IMHO it was a very poor choice to make and there's still too many issues that still screams of a game that was rushed to release instead of being given some more time and a definitive version released in time for the start of next season. Again, probably a management issue more than a coding one but it reflects very badly on Codies as a whole. /off_soapbox
  7. HBTY HBTY HBDDACAO HBTY
  8. Absolutely cannot stand eggs in the slightest. Horrible, slimy things Big box of Tangfastics on the other hand...
  9. Head is unblocked Hallucinations have gone Achey pains everywhere Still, day off work so can't really complain I guess. But I will
  10. Just get bog standard legal plates: It's not worth the hassle getting anything else or trying to be clever IMHO. It's a numberplate, they're boring as anything and we've all got to have them.
  11. Might have been Still no appetite really but managed to get a cheese on toast down earlier, I just cant resist cheese no matter how hard I try have been attacking the Baileys on and off so feel bit drowsy, but in a good way!
  12. Agreed, just as I'd gotten to the midway point and posted my last comment above all he went on about was TG Could've done with another chapter really focusing on the actual sacking and court case, but I guess the book was finished then and needed to go to shops. Doesn't mean he couldn't have written one for those of us who have the digital version
  13. So one way or another, I need to consume copious amounts of alcohol until my liver screams for mercy? Sold!
  14. Never heard of that one!
  15. I made a catastrophic error with Baileys last night in my hallucinatory stage: My throat was really dry so to soothe it I drank a huge glass of lemonade followed straight away by a huge glass of Baileys... Yes, it all curdled in the back of my throat and down to my stomach!
  16. *insert Stephen Hawking explanation here*
  17. ...and therefore demand sympathies from you lot! It started as a cold and is now proper flu, complete with hallucinations of me being in the army and fighting Nazis with the help of my two cats Don't feel like eating so comfort food is out, and I can't walk straight so driving is a bit of ano-no really. Getting sloshed is still an option though I guess... /emo
  18. Why on earth would you put 18s on an Ibiza? Must've looked like a roller-skate
  19. It'll need a trickle charger at the very least, and I'd probably start it and take it for a 10 min drive at least once a month to avoid any issues.
  20. So true!
  21. You wouldn't apply the handbrake. You'd go both feet in and start praying, although engine braking would be more useful you simply wouldn't have time to think about doing that with your bum doing 50p-5p impressions. The general rule is if everything starts going wrong, jump on the clutch and brake and release the steering wheel to avoid breaking your wrists when you hit the wall.
  22. He was only doing 95mph at the time of the crash. How many people here drive at that speed on the motorways and don't give it a second thought? Having seen and read all of that it hasn't changed my opinion on tracking cars at all. Driving cars fast is inherently dangerous, however these sort of failures can happen just as easily on the road as on the track. Track safety is all down to the marshalling IMHO, which is why I go with the same companies over and over again (Bookatrack, MSV) and avoid others that I have personal experience of being utterly sh*t (Circuit Days). You will always get one ***** on a trackday who is out there trying to prove something, but careful, quick and decisive marshalling should stop an incident before it happens. On the odd chance a marshall fails to see something that you do (overtaking on a corner), then it's up to you to go and report that person and not just sit in your car fuming: So many people I know do that instead of complaining. That said, this was just a mechanical failure that could happen to anyone at any time. It's horrible to watch, the guy was very lucky, but more accidents happen on the roads than ever happen on track.
  23. I'd hardly call it defecting. He got sacked by the BBC and will never work for them again, he's always struggled to get a proper race seat over his career and I bet Five offered him a load of cash to come and drive fast cars on a track. This whole thing has been one giant boost for Collins, and so very well orchestrated. I'm halfway through his autobiography atm, so far he's ignored most of the TG stuff and spoke mostly about his races and his time in the forces. Really good stuff.
  24. Depends on insurer as to whether glass cover includes a new top, but for 95% of them it doesn't.
