Hiya
Before we begin - I need to understand if you or them are in a hurry to sell - if you are then I cant help you but if you want to get the best value for the records (if in good condition and with a decent sleeve) then read on
Have a peep on these:
there is a search on this one?

Record fayres are plentiful and very popular!
Your local music shop (loads specialise and collect Vinyl - are worth a shot but remember they will see £££££'s!)
Ok music from 50's , 60's and now 70's is in fashion so if they have the usual suspects - Motown, Elvis, Beatles, Bil Haley and the comets, Northern soul etc - that sort of thing your usually onto a winner! If they are first presses then your deffo onto a winner!
Remember Vinyl never went away it just bubbled under the covers until recently when its come back with a vengance - people are getting a bit fed up of MP3 music and CD's they want the proper retro vinyl with decent large artwork on it etc - loads of new bands release on vinyl still today so dont devalue it.
Best thing is to do is get organised - write down all the music you have - artist, song name, year , record label and if its 7 or 12" , album ?
When you search around the web its easier to search via record labels makes things easier to find.
If they have any Northern Soul (or Southern Soul) from the 60's / 70's -let me know I will have it !!
Hope this helps
