to the forum Re: mileage a lot of these cars are sat in cosy garages and only taken out at weekends so mileage may be correct but you really need to check service history and get it HPI checked. Re: Fuel caps - yes they never seem to line up well - they are only plastic anyway and like the bumpers the colour will be a slight shade out! I think it is worth seeking professional advice and don't go to the no win no fee ambulance chasers go to a local established solicitors I am sure they will give you a free initial consultation and a price to follow up. You need to decide what is important to you ? From your posts it appears you seem to be keen to show off your cars on a public circuit hence you don't want to p@@ on your shoes by causing a fuss but really you should consider the points made earlier? Get a definite date from them? Speak to the head cheese at the publishers? Make an appointment to see them at their office. They have a code to follow also? There are consumer sites and tv programmes that love this sort if thing. You don't care about that just want the car that you won fairly? So of course weigh up advice from family and friends and of course we care on the forum otherwise we wouldn't offer it here too. Think action needs taking regardless if the car is free or paid for? Look at it another way if this continues for another 3 months and you eventually get the car I don't know about you but it would tarnish the whole thing or me and I would get rid of it anyway- bad memories etc? As much as I hate to admit it ,but its slowly creeping up on me - I blame Ebized! There are still aspects of the softtop styling I am not 100% sure I like but then I was'nt keen on the 350 originally - funny how things work out! I think it looks better in a dark colour for the softtop but would like to see it in that Storm white? Even though I am zedless at the moment I love the ragtop you just dont get the benefit of hearing the engine as you do in the softtop and on a cold winter day with the sun out -there is still nothing better than the heater on , blaring out your fave tunes and blasting up and down country lanes Just hope they have made the hood faster in operation and that you dont need to have the brake pedal pressed to activate!!! Time to look at one in the flesh at a stealers - if I see one will do a mini review
