  2. Just a thought? Is there any merit in maybe drafting a letter to the company from us (as in the owners club?) Surely if anyone can give an accurate appraisal of a Zed's value its this group of no hopers! what do people think? Who are the legal guardians of us Zed children?(mods?)

Oh that is soooo nice My mate is mad on NSX's maybe one day when prices drop - which in the current climate probably soon!
  9. Cara get your name down you will love it. There are plenty of people there to chat to etc and they are a friendly bunch and most importantly they are not 3 headed internet monsters!

Good Grief GTR's are trucks compared to NSX's!! You will need an HGV license to drive one of those I think!
  11. Blimey thought this was a swingers thread when I read the title ! Austin Powers stylie!!

Saw this one in Edinburgh last year - first time I've seen one in the flesh so to speak - they are a lot smaller than I thought - although I am guessing this one is an earlier model? Re: RX7 - notice the panel fit on the front bumper is'nt the best! The colour is nice though - its that Brickyward thing again! You know that rare colour!
  14. to the forum Mate The forum has its own Scots chapter- and very nice they are too

Yes you have to rebuild the engines more times than an MP can claim expenses on everything and yes they drink more than Amy Winehouse but I still think they are the coolest looking cars around spotted outside my work today
  16. Really nice pics Louis Think Adam will have some competition in Scotland! Mind you we are blessed with a lot of top pic takers in this club - Tillys son Sam and Dan to name just a few!
  17. Hey glad your going on this one mate - be good to meet up again I'm sure the Chalet will be fine for everyone dont worry folks! Top tip though - if your staying in the town bring a torch with you as the walk down to the Chalet bit its pitch black! Maybe Andy can park his Red Zed at the entrance as a guide!
  18. Feel i have to clarify a few things. We had an old chalet that wasnt refurbished hence damp cold and wet which played on my chest. The others including Marts seemed a lot better than ours but by then we had decided to move out. The attitude we got from the owner left a lot to be desired when we asked to refund the rest of the stay money. So thats why we went for B & B . Chalet is good to see Mart with detailing spray at 07:30am on his zed!
  19. Only a twin left at our B+B, it's wee car park will be a sight. Didn't know you were in as well Stu! I found it last year just by googling, there are various others about. I found it last year because I saw a shiny Red Zed parked in the car park!! Anyway ya cheeky monkey - uzzz Northern folk dont need big rooms -as a former MR2 Roadster owner I am used to travelling light! Well more space for the wine and glasses ! Stew we should have asked for a Club discount!
  20. Well thats because it only needs 3 Zed owners to push the other 97 are busy laughing and taking pictures to post on the forum! God help us if anyone needs a bulb changing!
  21. I would have fallen asleep if I had'nt felt so sea sick looking at the swaying vid! Actually looks boring next to the Zed specially the front - maybe its the colour doesn't do it justice!
  22. Looks like BMW have been reading our forum and spotted Type G's Interlargos Fire ! Duff picture in my works car park from the phone so colour not perfectly represented but its very similar - brown in some light purple in other - I know which car I would prefer and it aint BMW! There was a mint RX7 with massive rear wing in the same or similar (Brickyard) colour but did'nt get a chance to take a picture of it - brown is the new black dont cha know! Reeeeeeeeeeeesssspect!
  23. Marzman (Chris) has made his own paddle shifts for his TipT Zed - maybe worth asking him what they are like to drive? Me I love mine to bits and the manual box is a sweet one
  24. Most places dont like to fit own supplied tyres not for insurance reasons (just an excuse) its because they make a huge profit on their own supplied ones and hence make sod all money on fitting. Had my Falkens fitted at Kwikfit locally and the manager was really good about it - did a first rate job - he admitted they could'nt even think to match the internet price I paid for them. So yes they will charge you a bit more for fitting and balancing. They would be stupid to turn you away as its loss of business but more to the point your likely not to go there again - well thats my policy anyway!
